I visited this place again on 8.25.24 at 11am 5 people inside 2 waiting an 3 at tables. Thinking well the breakfast rush was over. I was wrong. Took half hour get my food after ordering. The woman manager was yelling an cussing. Complaing she had to do everything. Got to my order an ran out of biscuts . Finally after 15 to 20mins asked the girls up front for my money back or my food. They just turned back around. While standing there I counted 8 people that didn't order an left. Told them I wanted the number to main office they just looked at me. Emailed mountain star llc while still there from the contact info on the receipt. Today is 8. 27. 24 still no response. Apparently nobody cares. My money spends just as easy else where an will be doing so. The food is good but the service not worth it. While i was eating the management was standing out by her car smoking. Apparently fixing a gravy biscut an sausage egg drive you to smoke break. This is not 1st time I have seen this. Other times it was busier though. Apparently mountain star llc don't care if it makes money or looses customers. As I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. Anyone else that wants breakfast and doesn't want to wait half hour watch the manager cuss and yell an employees stand around at the front and ignore you go somewhere else. Mcdonalds is across the street and bojangles is just up the road. Coffee house is jus couple exits down 421 brushy mountain road. Read moreThe last three times I have visited this particular Hardee's they have royally messed up my orders. First screw up, they gave me a burnt burger and chicken sandwich, the chicken was so badly burnt I was unable to bite through it. Second screw up gave me the completely wrong order, the only thing that was correct was the fries, but they were burnt. Finally the third screw up, this happened today at around 1:40pm, I was ordering food in the drive thru, I ordered the big hot ham and cheese meal with a coke, and two regular hot ham and cheeses,after placing my order she responds with reading it back to me and gets it completely wrong, I corrected her and then she ask if everything is on the screen, it isn't I tell her that my two extra hot ham and cheese are missing, she responds with "all you want are two hot ham and cheese?". At this point I can't handle the stupidity, whomever they had running the drive thru is either deaf or an idiot, I will not be revisiting this Hardee's again. Management sucks would not replace my food, that was burnt, and argued with me on the correction of my order on the time they got it...
Read moreI checked the restaurant hours on Google, it said they closed at 10:00 p.m. I then placed an order on the mobile App. The order was supposed to be ready by 20:59. I arrived at the store at 21:10 to find all of the lights off with zero cars in the parking lot. I returned today 08/04/2022 @ at approximately 14:00 to state my complaint. The manager Tammie stated, and I quote "We do not control that." and was very nonchalant with her concern. I informed her that I am a retail manager, and that concern should most definitely be addressed. The conversation never made it past that point. She could have cared less about a customer concern. I live off of Google reviews, ect. I was angry at this point and made a comment I should not have, and also regret now. Moving forward I most definitely will never visit this restaurant again, maybe another Hardee's elsewhere. That is, if the sour taste of this interaction ever leaves me. These are not the people that should be management. Especially with the complete lack of concern for a customer service...
