Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Williamston

Well… it’s a Little Caesars. The food is about what you’d expect. We go here because it is the only local pizza place other than Hungry Howies and Brent’s, which we aren’t the biggest fans of.

The “hot n ready”s may be ready but are far from hot.

The staff will make you feel like anything you ask for is an inconvenience, which is frustrating.

‼️My biggest reason for the lack of stars is because last time I went in to pick up food, I asked for extra parmesan on the breadsticks (my son loves it). The man that was ringing me up audibly sighed, picked up the breadsticks from the hot n ready heater, walked them back and used the same bare hands he had just rung me up with to get out the breadsticks. No gloves, no hand washing. They then coated them in butter (to the point they were dripping) and then added a little extra parmesan. ‼️The lack of food safety and sanitization right in front of me has me both grossed out and concerned about what their practices are when no one can see them.‼️

Probably won’t be going back to this specific location until/unless...

Worst costumer service ever. No one was answering the phone when my sister and I tried calling for 15 min. I then drove to the store to order and no one was at the counter. I asked politely to the lady in the back if she could help me since it was only her in the store. She said “no, not until I’m done.” There was also a gentleman behind me and we were both sitting at the counter for 5-10 min before she finally came to take my order with a very negative mood. She was doing the dishes in the back and when a costumer comes in the store you stop what you are doing and help that person unless it’s going to be only a few moments or you are assisting another costumer. Very rude lady, was very impolite and didn’t even apologize for ignoring us in a mean and negative way. She could’ve been much nicer about making us wait but instead she told me to my face “no” and she’s not going to help me. I am very disappointed. The lady had blonde hair and wore glasses and was also blasting music out of her phone so when she finally decided to take my order I could...

Only giving a two star rating as I have been in here 10 times so far at different times of the day, I have not seen 1 Hot and Ready that was Hot and Ready. I mean it says it in it's name what it is and how it is supposed to be when a customer walks in. The general customer isn't worried about your companies waste costs. If Little Ceasars offers Hot and Ready, then that is what should be available for their customers. Stop inadvertantly punishing your customers and supply the Hot and Ready like they are supposed to be. The only reason Little Ceasars is still in business is because of its customers. If we just decided let's all go to Domino's, I'm sure you'd have that Hot and Ready back to Hot and Ready status.

There was no Hot and Ready, waited for two to be cooked, then was told they only had one and that they needed to make another.

A Hot and Ready that was supposed to be a quick grab turned into a half hour wait of my time. Which reduced it to one...
