I work in Webberville so the places to dine at are rather limited. My friends and I drive to Williamston to get lunch once or twice a week. We used to frequent subway but stopped going so often due to the fact that the women that work during the lunch period are rude. First thing when you walk up they yell "BREAD AND SIZE" at you before you even tell them what sub you want. Then you better be quick with what you want or you'll get a stare down. Don't dare ask for it toasted, some days they let out a big sigh and slam your sub into the oven. Everything is rushed and they make you feel like you are a burden. I understand that it can be stressful during lunch hours with all the business they get, but the attitude isn't appreciated. Also be sure to ask for "a little" mayo, if not they bust out the bazooka and you get three cups of mayo on your sub. One time a friend of mine ordered a sub, he was talking to me and I looked over, one employee put mustard on his sub, he didn't ask for it. She looked up and noticed he didn't seem to be watching, so she closed the sub and wrapped it up, not mentioning the mustard. Both my friend and I noticed the mustard, but didn't say anything. It...
Read moreMisty was very professional and friendly once I walked through the door. The first green flag of my visit. The portions were perfect (I usually have to ask for more veggies, cheese, get it toasted longer, etc.) But not with Misty; this lady should make training videos for Subway worker orientations. Seriously. However, what really impressed me was the way she handled what I can only describe as Pandora's box being opened. A racoon rushed the door as a fellow patron was trying to walk in. Misty, cool as a cucumber, approached this animal with an oatmeal raisin cookie as a distraction. She advised me not to be alarmed and everything would be okay. I never felt so safe in my life. She swiftly, yet delicately picked up the racoon by the scruff and released it on the side of Grand River where it came from. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this location, especially if Williamston's very own sub prodigy/racoon-wrangler...
Read moreBreanda is really rude and has no clue what customer service is!! Quit going to this store months ago because the women who work there are rude with no people skills. They get bothered and sigh just because they have to make 6 sub's in one order. Decided to give it another try today. (1-12-16 @3:15 pm) I was insulted as I tried to order in front of my 7 year old daughter. Let that slide tried to get the order in and was met with nothing but attitude from both women. Will never be back to this store until they hire friendly people who know what customer...
