Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

Worst place to waste your time and money. I have said numerous times over the past year that I would never order from them but always tried to give a 'second chance.' Never again. Dirty, unorganized, unprofessional and just plain ignorant employees and management. CONSISTENTLY!!! Last time was the last time. Ordered 3 pizzas for pick up (as I learned not to order and pay before seeing and actually receiving the order) and had to wait an additional 15 minutes after already giving them an extra 10 as I was delayed. The manager kept trying to get me to pay for the pizzas while I was waiting but I was not paying until I checked the order. He literally tried three separate times to get my card info for payment. Once my order was brought to me, he then set it to the side and again tried to get me to pay. I asked to see the pizzas and he reluctantly gave them to me and again asked for payment. I opened the first and it was burnt with barely any cheese on it. He said it was fine and all of the pizzas were a dark brown. The next was the same with again, barely any cheese and he said that was the normal amount that they use. Did I mention that they were both extra cheese orders? Needless to say, I didn't bother opening the third box as he kept trying to say it was normal. I pointed to the pictures of the pizzas on the advertisements hanging and even the ones where they make the pizzas and he had nothing to say. Ridiculous. The manager Hasib is very rude and ignorant!! He has NO people skills at all and he lies A LOT. They messed up my order and when I called and spoke to him about it he said that they will send the part of the order that they messed up so I sat there for a second and there was nothing that was said so I said OK are you going to put me on hold and give me somebody else to talk to I don’t understand how you want to send something when you don’t know who I am or where I live so he gave me an address that was wrong so he said OK what’s your address so I gave it to him he said OK it’ll be there. I waited about 20 minutes called back he said that it already left the store with the driver I said you know how long before it gets here he said no I don’t the orders are backed up. I knew he was lying and did not send anything so what I did was went back on Ordered just the part of my food that was messed up when it came to me I gave them what they gave me that was wrong and that was that I’m still waiting for the driver to show up with the part of my food that was messed up that the manager said was on its way. When asked for the corporate number he refused to give it to me. This is the second time I had an issue with him he is again very rude and very ignorant and has no people skills something needs to be done about him and he needs to be replaced. I will get the number to corporate and contact them and continuously put in a complaint about this guy until something is...

Was trying to mobile order but the app was saying this location was closed ( which it wasn’t ) they close at 1AM on Saturday’s. Called in placed my order at 1204 , she said 30 minutes. I got a little worried because they close at 1... Called back at 108 and she told me driver will be their in 10 minutes. Called back at 156 and she told me my order will have to be canceled because no one ‘ answered the door.’ I was waiting on my living room where the front door is for 2 hours , no one came to my door. I have cameras and lights. Again, no one came to my door or stopped in front of my house. She put the phone down and the manager got on and said the driver didn’t come Knock on your door , they called you and no one answered so they left.( so now the story switches because I told you I have cameras?) I told him No one called me, he argued and insisted they did. So I asked why they didnt they come knock on my door then... he said it’s not in his drivers job description to ‘ get out of the car and knock on your door this time of night’ I’m beyond done with this place , this is the second issue I had and I should have known better then to order from a location like this that hires disgusting immature people. I will be taking this to corporate and I will be going in tomorrow to get names. I don’t recommend this places to anyone! Avoid a conflict and just go...
