Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

The people that work here are disrespectful and rude. I went in and placed an order. I was told it would ready in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked the status of my order and he told me another 10minutes. So, I sat down and waited over 10 minutes and still the order was not ready, nobody bothered to say it was going to take longer. So, i stood up and waited, I was told “ITS COMING” in a very aggressive and rude way. After total of 30 minutes I got my order of medium pizza and garlic bread. As I was heading out of the store the cashier began talking to his coworker in the kitchen. He said “she snatched it” and other things I couldn't hear. He had no name tag on so i went to ask for his name and he did not want to give me his name because he knew what he did was wrong. He said his name quietly “Alad” so I repeated it back to him and he continued to act rude. And instead of apologizing his coworker ganged up on me and she tried to defend his rudeness. She was making false claims instead of apologizing. These people are trash. They don’t deserve to have a job. They are just ruining the company reputation! Never going back to this place. I ordered pizza for my grandsons and asked if they delivered I was told YES they deliver. I paid with my credit card $44.75 for 1 stuff crust pizza 1 plain both medium & a 2 liter soda. When the delivery guy came my grandson opened the door to get the pizza the delivery guy FROM door dash asked for the payment of $44.75 in CASH!! I explain to the delivery guy through my ring doorbell that I paid already with my credit card. The delivery guy kept DEMANDING a cash payment. Now i'm on the phone with Pizza Hut and a supervisor told me that my order was processed for a cash delivery payment but she took my payment over the phone. Long story short The delivery guy had his foot in my door i'm watching & talking to him through my ring doorbell asking him to please leave my house which he refused. I told my grandson to lock the door. After about 20mins of asking him to leave he left. my grandsons are 11, 12, 13 & 16 whom was terrified and so was I. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience how could ordering pizza become a frighting experience...

Worse pizza experience! Not once, but TWICE!!! Waited for an hour at the store first time and 40 minutes second time. Everyone else at the store is gone and i get up and the employee was like "what did you get sir?" Then he proceeds to get me my pizza out the warmer they put them in after they are finished cooking it and had the nerve to say "it just came out, he just finished cutting it" It had been sitting in there for 20 plus minutes and they forgot about it. gave him a yea right look and took my pizza and left. Horrible experience. Two people came in returning pizzas also just while i was waiting. Cinnamon stix had been sitting in the box so long they actually stuck to the box and i threw them away. Pizza was pretty much cold and cheese was solid, not melted at all anymore. WILL NEVER BUY PIZZA HERE AGAIN!!! TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
