I'm very disappointed in our Taco Bell in the Willingboro Town Center in Willingboro New Jersey I'm hooked on the sausage quesadillas on the breakfast menu so the last two mornings I stopped in yesterday when I walked in and there's puddles of water everywhere from the the soda machine aisle is leaking so you have to walk through puddles to get to the counter when I told the young man working yesterday there's puddles out here and you guys have the wet floor sign over by the condiments and it's not even wet there it's wet right here someone's going to fall they Waters all over the place the kitchen is filthy there's food all over the floor where they're preparing food there's boxes everywhere it just doesn't look like you would want to eat out of there again when I said something about the water the gentleman little short black guy ignored me like you didn't even care again it was a lady that came to server food and I told her and she got one of the guys the same one that didn't want to do it but if the machine is leaking the water like that as retired risk management here you're running a risk of a major lawsuit because that's a lot of water and I do have pictures of the water all over the floor yesterday the water all over the floor today and a picture how nasty the kitchen looked some of the male employees that you have there don't need a job especially the one this morning he has no customer service skills so very disappointed I will not be going until they clean...
Read moreThis past Sunday was the worst experience ever! I have been giving this location multiple chances to get it together. This time around, I was so furious that I almost gave up without getting my food even though I had already paid for it.
I went through the drive thru, which there was quite the line. I ordered and got to the pick up window. I paid, was handed my bag of food. Luckily I checked the bag because they have never gotten my order correctly. Naturally, my order was incorrect. I was then told to park in spot #2 in front of the building. I waited in the parking lot for 16 minutes and nothing. I tried calling the number but no one answers the phone. Now, it's been 25 minutes nothing. Ithen walk up to the side door and knock,and no one makes eye contact. I then sit in my car for another 10 minutes. I had to walk up to the front of the building and knock on that door to finally get someone's attention. I spoke to the manager about not receiving my order and how long I had to wait. She asked what my order was. She goes back to preparing the drive thru orders and I'm still standing outside. I wave my arms in the air,like where is my food, and they finally make my order. When the employee hands me my food I said that I will not be returning to this location and he stated, "I don't care". Read moreI'm going to try not being a "Karen" and just explain my experience here. I went through the drive thru on 2/9/24 at 11:00PM to pick up a mobile order. I get to the window and man at the window was blatantly rude. I asked him for sauce and he pointed at my order. So I took the bag from him and drove up. I opened the bag and noticed I didn't have a straw, utensils, sauce. I went back in the drive thru and this time a car was in front of me. Once that car pulled off, he gestured to me to wait and not pull up to the window... I sat their for 5-10 minutes before he waved me to pull forward. I was still giving him grace and followed his instruction instead of pulling up to the window and going off anyway. When I got to the window, his attitude was worse. When I politely asked for the missing items, he stared at me as if I asked him to pay for my meal. This really rubbed me the wrong way because I am always empathetic towards fast food workers (and often tip them), but this guy shouldn't be working in customer service at all. He handed me 3 sauces for an order of 10 items. I gave up and drove away. This was supposed to be a mobile order. Quick and easy. I hope the manager sees this and can speak...
