Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

I have gone here a few times and must say each time has been fantastic. The building is connected to the starbucks next door meaning parking lot can be limited depending on time if day.

Inside they have a counter and several table for you to sit. For mobile orders they have a cubby they place the food and drinks. They even do delivery through the app but I have not tried it.

Everytime I have ordered I have gotten my order in less than 3 minutes of me placing it. The people behind the counter are always friendly and helpful.

I usually get a mango based smoothie adding in kale and spinach. Normally kale or spinach overpowers the other flavors but here the flavors are blended quite well. I can still taste the mango and pineapple in my drinks.

The food portions are small but pair it with the drink and you will be fine. Each samdwhich comes eith chips, a banana, or something else. If you pair food with a drink you get a reduced price on the smoothie as well. I got the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. There was a hefty layer of cheese with every bite being flavorful.

I stopped in for a smoothie and one person was ahead of me in line; there was also one active cashier. The customer was taking a long time placing her order but I waited. While I was waiting there was one person on the register, one guy in the front making drinks, other staff in the back preparing food and three additional guys standing at the front, behind the counter talking. There was no acknowledgment as I waited in line. As soon as I got to the front to place an order another guy walked in behind me. One of the men who was standing at the front talking when I walked in immediately broke his conversation with his staff members to service the man. It's unfortunate that I did not get the same courtesy when I walked in the door. Instead I had to wait in line without acknowledgement. I don't know if it's sexism, racism, or just plain rudeness but either way it was wrong and I will never patronize this...

I honestly love coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming — it feels like they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows. Even when it gets busy, they stay kind, upbeat, and make sure everyone’s taken care of.

The food and smoothies are always on point. Everything tastes super fresh, and there’s a good variety whether you’re in the mood for something healthy, filling, or just a sweet treat. I usually get a smoothie and a flatbread, and it hits the spot every time.
