Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Willis

Got to Laredo Taco in Willis and found out they no longer serve breakfast until 11. Ordered shrimp tacos and barbecoa instead for my dad and I. Lady spent a couple minutes looking up codes for my order and wrote them on the paper bag. Then she instructed me to go pay for it and come back with proof that I purchased my order. Lady at register told me the other lady used the wrong codes and spent a few minutes figuring out the correct codes to ring me up. She put stamps on the bag to signify I purchased the Laredo taco items, as if the receipt itself isn’t enough proof of purchase??? I handed the bag over to the kitchen workers. I made a comment that they don’t use this process at other locations to which apparently one of them took offense and uttered a rude comment as I walked over to get my coffee. The food tasted awful, like it had been sitting there for an hour. This Laredo Taco location is dead. Honestly, the only locations that are worth your time and money are within the Grand...

It is with great sadness, that I must rate y'all so poorly, especially after seeing such great reviews here. I would've rated higher had y'all made the tortilla fresh. The tortilla literally stabbed into the roof of my mouth SEVERAL times within the first 2 bites of my taco. Like a vicious Dorito, it ravaged the roof of my mouth. The food inside the tortilla was fine, but the tortilla sliced up my mouth so bad. And thats just not right. I could hardly bite thru it, had to break half of it off. It was stale, hard, and insanely crunchy. I worked at another Laredo Taco a while back in Houston, and it was completely unacceptable to give out tortillas like that. Do better. I've been coming to this Laredo Taco for about 3 years now and unfortunately have to give a bad review in order to acknowledge a terrible employee.

There is a male employee ( I believe hispanic) guy has tattoos and always wears a cap. This employee is consistently rude, (including today) and could not care less about helping customers. I've had to endure his attitude of acting like customers are a nuisance to the point where from now on if I see he will be serving the food I will walk out and go elsewhere.

This employee obviously does not like his job and should find another for...
