I don’t know if their speaker system is busted, or if it’s a defective staff member, but there was clearly an issue with them being able to hear our order, or a lack of basic listening skills. I ordered a monster burger and a famous star with no ketchup. After I paid, I asked for a receipt and was told it would be in the bag, so I asked if I could have it now, and was handed a receipt with an eyeroll. I noticed on the receipt that it had a hamburger instead of monster burger on it, and was given a great deal of attitude when I asked for it to be corrected. I unfortunately didn’t notice until I got home, but my famous star had ketchup on it. I also ordered both as meals, one with a curly fry and one regular fry, and received them with both regular fries. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but for a place that charges such steep prices but offers such distasteful customer service and even worse tasting food, it’s quite upsetting. As someone who worked in fast food for 10 years, I know that it really isn’t that difficult, and it doesn’t take much effort to respond with kindness when YOU make a mistake. I also think it is VERY unprofessional to have earbuds in and be scrolling on your phone while working the drive thru window with customers present. Read moreI have had with this restaurant! Countless times they've gotten my orders wrong. So many, we rarely go there anymore. Since Im the driver in all this, I more often am the one suffering down a cold meal when this occurs. Tonight I returned home to find they forgotten my 12 year olds chicken sandwhich. This time when I drove back, I asked if they could please exchange my portion, a burger and fry, with fresh. They refused twice, until I explained it had already been 25 min and with still another 20 minutes of waiting in line again and making it home, what did they expect my meal to taste like close to an hour past its purchase. Hitting home I guess, they replaced it. I emphasized thanks on two different occasions only to get home and find a fish sandwhich instead of chicken. Clearly on purpose, I felt it was safer not to bother eating the remainder of the bag; we all know the stories. I will return tomorrow for the last time...along with complaints and a bag of food, expecting nothing less than a full refund. Thanks McDonalds, although we wanted to change it up a bit, you at least get our order right...all the time actually...we'll except that first week when you brought on the all day breakfast menu...but we had dinner tonight...
Read moreMy recent experience at this location was horrible. We ordered two burgers with a combo. My burger had a hair in it. They kindly replaced it, with another cold Burger. The manager never recognize the problem, nor was I offered to up size my combo or even a free drink. The place was filthy, trash under the tables, and none of the tables were wiped clean. Employees spoke loudly about personal business, as to where the customers could hear. If you have time for your personal life at work, you have time to do your job. As for the manager of this location, if you don't know this, it is customary to bring hot food and your apologies for the issue. None of which happened. I paid almost $20 for my husband and I to eat McDonald's dollar menu grade food. I've made a complaint to the survey, but they don't ask for information to make this right.
