Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Williston

Papa John's is my favorite pizza chain. I love the flavors and textures of the crusts, ingredients, and sauces... When they're done right. Sadly, my pizzas today were underbaked. I ordered two medium pizzas for pickup yesterday (4/8) in the late afternoon, as well as 6 wings, placing my order on the phone with someone at the store. I was informed they'd be ready in 15 minutes, which surprised me. When I showed up about 20 minutes later the food was indeed hot and ready, but when I got home I discovered that both pizzas were very undercooked. The bottoms of the crusts appeared done but when biting into it you could tell that more than half the thickness of the bread was still dough. We tried putting them in the oven to finish cooking but this proved ineffective. They still tasted good but the texture of the crust was very goopy, and you could taste the uncooked dough. The wings, thankfully, seemed to be fully cooked and safe to eat, though it seemed like they were maybe barely cooked, if that makes sense? That could have been my imagination but that was sort of the impression that I got. Anyway, we were quite saddened by this experience and hope next time...

Ok , I like pizza , I try everywhere. Small joints , chains , supermarkets, so I do have and idea of good pizza and good service . So when I give 5 stars I am combining services and taste. First the service , the women who helped me at 0930 2 hours before they opened , was amazing , helpful , humorous, everything you ask for in service . So now the food Pizza can sometimes just be Pizza but I got the meat pizzas the meet combos . To mediums for $22 online deal in some cheesy bread sticks . This showed up on time the flavor the amount of toppings everything was over the top . I’m not gonna go crazy on this review I think I already did but I want to explain my five stars we have to remember it’s the people in our local restaurants didn’t make the difference whether in item is good when it comes to the fast food chain industries , this woman who’s been with the store here in Williston since it opened makes all...

If I cold do -1 star then I would do that, That is the story, ordered 2 pizzas and paid online and I waited 1.5hours .I look online and it says delivered 15min ago, we leave in a private house and its negative temperature outside . Open the door and here we go it's outside,but frozen pizza already. Delivery guy never ring the door 🔔, I called and asked for manager and I told him about it and he lied to me as he said the driver called me twice and he didn't. Manager proposed me to redo my order and I said ok. Finally 1.5hours later i get ring on my door and I got my order, but guess what ,was a wrong order delivered and not even pizza. Told the guy turn around. Called the manager back and told him what I got at my door.i requested my $ back.

Do I really have to wait for my food for 3 hours after 18hours of work for a f.pizza?
