QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Williston

😨 Very disappointed. Previously I left a great review because the managers are awesome, most of the employees are as well BUT tonight my burrito was ice cold, like it had been sitting in my fridge. I was working 14 hrs in the rough winter/desert that ND is so I thought a HOT burrito would be filling. Instead the ingredients inside seemed almost chilled 🥶.... I ATE IT RIGHT AWAY, BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE! DID THE EMPLOYEES FORGET TO WARM UP THE RICE OR CORN ETC. BEFOREHAND? MAYBE IT WAS THE TOMATOES? IT WAS WARM INSIDE THE RESTAURANT, SO WHY DOES MY BURRITO TASTE COLD? As far as I remember in my 38 years of living, a burrito supposed to be warm. Maybe the tomatoes àre supposed to be cold? I know the shredded cheese seemed ice cold. This is a pretty bad experience it tasted like I pulled it out of the refrigerator. Also the tortilla may have not been pressed long enough. I rarely make any Google reviews, but definitely needed to this week. My experience at this Qdoba in Williston has been amazing! They are super busy at lunch, no doubt about it! So make sure you give yourself plenty of time. But the food was good and the service was phenomenal! The lady at the cash register (her name is Tonya) is incredibly welcoming and talks to me like we have known each other for years. She calls every sweetie. ❤️ What a refreshing interaction! She should be a manager if she isn't already. And she should be training everyone on customer service and having a great attitude. What a gem! I will definitely return just for her smile and...

There is no sense of good customer service. They are there for a paycheck, and they will make your food because they have to not for any other reason. They don't care for the place. There is no silverware in its place, and the soda machine is dirty, and without ice for your drinks, I was gonna ask for silverware and ice and before I could speak, an employee cut me off to tell me that she knew "there was no ice in the machine and she had to fill it up from the machine in the back" but she was talking to her friend and "the drinks are cold enough for you to just drink them" This would be the worst customer service in...
