Delicious, fresh and crave-able! Everything is made daily (my kind of place). Uber flaky buttery croissants (mmm, the almond was outstanding), the cookies, oh, the decadent cookies, we tried all three. I have never had a breakfast burrito like WC Shop creates, they are to die for (drooling over the Thai chili Mayo with roasted peppers and onion). I’m a sandwich gal and thick sliced sandwich bread (made in house) is a "thing" in Vermont, the Turkey Bacon w/ Garlic Herb Mayo did not disappoint. If only we lived closer, I would have liked to devour the other sandwiches. Staff was super friendly; shop is clean with beautiful plants. I do wish they had an updated website with pictures. I’m a foodie and research is key! ;)

This place is amazing! I bought 3 different baked goods (a molasses cookie, a fig bar, and rhubarb bar) and they were all incredible! Even 2 days later when I got around to the cookie. Add that the decor was charming and clean and the outside patio area was incredible. Used to live in VT and visited on a trip back. Definitely adding this to my always visit list. Most excellent.

I ordered the bacon egg & cheese croissant sandwich and a small maple latte to fuel my long & grueling day as an art vendor. The sandwich was large & filling & really great (worth the extra couple bucks for the croissant). The latte was well made and was a little on the sweet side, but the maple flavor was really prominent

I went to this coffee shop expecting a nice place to sit down and work and have lunch, but was sadly disappointed. I ordered a sandwich called the Turkey Apple that was listed under the "panini" column on the board. I assumed it would be pressed, but it came out as a sandwich. I asked for it to be without onions, and they left the onions on. And to top it off, the bread on top was stale and falling apart, making it impossible to hold and take a bite out of. The Spiced Maple Latte was good, but when i ordered it and told them i was dining in, i expected it in one of their nice mugs that i could see by the machine. However, they handed it to me in a paper cup, which also I found disappointing. I wish I hadn't given them a tip when paying ahead of time for my food. Oh well. I will not be going back there next time I'm...

Williston Coffee Shop is a nice, quiet little coffee shop in Williston, Vermont that serves local house blend coffee, tea and espresso as well as other beverages. Their menu of comfort food includes breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, cookies and pastries. Just stop in for your favorite beverage and a quick bite and enjoy your conversation with others in the small, quiet dining area. Outdoor seating is available if weather permits. The staff are super nice and friendly. They will serve your food and beverage in a timely manner and they can even deliver to you at your work site if you don't feel like or cannot leave your office. At closing time, they don't like seeing their pastries behind the counter go to waste and they sometimes give them away as long as you purchased a...

I was pretty torn on this review. I wanted to give it five stars but there were a couple hang ups.

Good things first though. The croissant sandwich was outstanding and worth experiencing while you're in the area. The sugar roll is also a pretty wonderful experience.

That being said, the menu was felt uninspired for breakfast, and the drink menu was pretty short for a place that calls itself a coffee shop. The iced tea tasted pretty bitter and a little stale. They also put crystallized sugar in an iced tea, seems like something a barista wouldn't have done because it dissolves so slowly

No comments on the quality of the coffee as I don't drink it.

Definitely worth stopping for a baked good or a sandwich but if you're looking a good morning drink, try...
