Awful.
walked in after a great dinner to grab desserts with the family. Upon entering, four workers were working in the back of the store. Not a single person acknowledged us, said hi or offered any form of communication.
we went to the counter as was our first time and wanted to ask questions. The two self-order stations were also being used. After 5 minutes a line started to form out the door. Not once in the 5 minutes did any of the workers acknowledge us, tell us they would be with us in a moment, apologize for the delay or talk about the self-order options. They just continued to talk and chat and laugh about their personal stories.
we eventually walked over to the self-order station. The staff was obnoxiously slow and people in line began to leave as a large line of people waiting in cookies grew. People were visibly annoyed. Taking their time, about another 5 minutes later we got our cookie. Not once did any of the workers apologize for the delay or say have a good night. The only words ever spoken to us was our name which they called out for our order
as we had ample time to stand in line, we noticed how dirty the floors were. My 5 year old daughter noted how disgusting they were. It wasnât just a dirty floor from people walking on it. It was dirty up along where the floor met the wall. The counters were also covered in crumbs and toppings and the staff was in no way caring to clean them off. It was filthy.
the cookie was OK but not worth rude service and a filthy store
Will never go back here. There are so many other better...
Read moreI have never had a problem with this location in the past but on Wednesday, January 3, this location really screwed things up. I placed an order on the crumbl app and I guess crumbl uses door dash to make the delivery. Well I never received the cookies and instead the driver tried to give me Jersey mikes sandwiches instead???? I called crumbl and the associate picked up the phone laughing. Iâm not sure what was happening there but it was highly unprofessional. The associate told me to call door dash. So I called door dash and they told me they donât have my payment method as they didnât charge me crumbl did. So I called crumbl back and the same girl was laughing again. She then tried to accuse me of not using the crumbl app to order??? After I told her she gave me the wrong information she tried to rush me off the phone and said a manager would call me back. I doubt she even wrote my name and number down because with the amount of digits wrong in my phone number she âclaimedâ to have written down I doubt it. Also⌠almost a week later no one has called. So, unfortunately the place is just really...
Read moreI want to preface this by saying the employees are great, so my opinions are a reflection on the company itself and their products.
This is the second Crumbl Cookies location that Iâve been to. The taste of the cookies is like theyâre being made for someone who hate the flavors inside, but just enough of the flavor is being added to call it whatever cookie. For example, I had the carrot cake and oatmeal cookies over the weekend. The oatmeal Iâm pretty sure doesnât even have any oatmeal in it. It tasted like someone just forgot to add chocolate chips and vanilla extract to a chocolate chip cookie. The carrot cake had one very hard strand of carrot in it that I had to spit out. Otherwise, if I wasnât aware it was supposed to be carrot cake, I probably wouldnât be able to tell.
The only exception to this was the cocoa powder cookie⌠I mean the chocolate cookie. It tasted like I opened a jar of cocoa powder and just ate a spoonful.
