This is the first time I've visited this location and the experience was underwhelming. When I pulled up to the drive through speaker I got a very standard, "What would you like to order?" without any sort of welcome. I ordered a large, hot chai and that was it. She told me my told and to pay at the window. There was one other car in front of me and the young lady working the window was hunkered down, leaning on the work station in front of her, presumably waiting for the drinks that would go to the person in front of me. The drinks were delivered and they pulled away. When I pulled up, she repeated only the total and I handed her my card, she swiped quickly and handed it back without a further word or even any eye contact. She then stood looking down at the countertop in front of her and I could see she was looking at her phone. There was a young man standing perpendicular to her at a work station across from the pick up window and he had both of his arms right in front of him. I wondered if he was also texting, them he slipped his phone into his back pocket and went back to work on something. Another girl walked over and pushed some buttons on a screen and then my drink was delivered to the girl at the window and she handed it to me, simply saying, "Here you go." I said thank you, she didn't respond, just turned away and I drove off. I noticed that my cup felt a little light.... upon opening you can see that my cup is most definitely not full- picture attached. This Dunkin is relatively convenient because it's near where I work but I don't think I'll be going back any time very soon after...
Read moreMy most favorite doughnuts are French Cruellers, but not offered everywhere or available even if on the menu!....So I made a phone call before going out of my way to Dunkin Donuts on Bishop Rd in Willoughby Hills......The friendly voice said "yes, we have and they are glazed...how many did you want?"...."6 (half dozen)" I say...."okay I make for you".....to my surprise when I arrived to pick them up..."I make for you" meant making right that very minute!.....I even had to wait a moment till they were finished, so much so I was warned: "wait 5 minutes because they are very hot!!!!" Other than making my own donuts have I ever had donuts fresh out of the fryer what yet a French Crueller!!!.... As I drove away I was hard pressed to wait 5 minutes but then I ate one, two, and of course had to eat just one more.... Fabulous how delicious soft and warm!!!! Thank you James! You blessed my day, put a smile on my face and I pray God blesses you with this post, in Jesus name! Regina Martin,...
Read moreThe cashier on this particular visit was very kind and appreciative of my patience (I honestly didn’t think there was any issue to have patience with, it was just an average wait like any other drive-thru experience) but the smiles, the eye contact, the pleasant and polite interaction goes a long way. And they always get my coffee order JUST right! *when you order something with a mocha swirl, it is basically a chocolate syrup. Some Dunkin’ locations get lazy and don’t stir it, leaving a thick layer of syrup at the bottom of your cup for your first sip to be a mouthful of syrup. Maybe that would be ideal if I was 8, but as an adult I prefer it well stirred. THIS LOCATION consistently makes sure that every coffee, hot or cold, is made just right. And I appreciate that! This is my...
