Called from work 50mins before stated time of closing. Informed the female person whom I placing an order for pick up, for when i get off from my 2ND job. Inwhich I'm new to working in the area and was trying to find a place that's serve the kind of food i want to eat and take to my 1st, third shift job for lunch. She gave me a time frame of an 15 to 20 mins. I said perfect. Im get off in 20mins. I leave my job which is litteraly right down the street, 30mins before restaurant closing got there in 5mins. Where the door of the place was already locked 25mins before closing. I knocked on the door where 2 other customers were waiting on their food. The guy behind the counter yelled they were closed. I said i already place an order im picking up. He repeated they were closed. Poor customer service. And what seems a lack of understanding why their in business and how they make money. It sure isn't by closing the door early. Look i get it. Low pay, tired of customer. Trust me. I deal with. But i damn sure don't walk off my job 30mins before me til i get off as a supervisor because i just worked 10hrs at 1 job and head to my next. I know everybody heard this before. Read moreI had high hopes for Kim’s Wings, but my visit was nothing short of a disaster. After driving an hour to get there, I was met with cold fries, stale wings, and a missing item from my order. I had ordered a Polish Boy, but when I checked my bag before leaving, it wasn’t there. When I brought it to the attention of the man at the register, he insisted that the item was already in my bagwhen it clearly wasn’t. Instead of apologizing or checking the order, he became aggressive and forcefully handed me the food as if I was the one in the wrong.The customer service was just as bad as the food. The wings tasted old, like they had been sitting out for too long, and the fries were cold and unappetizing. After an hour-long drive, I expected fresh, hot food and decent service, but I got neither. The owner need to do a better job of letting g their employees know that if they are going to take a phone orders please take them right. Cause when I got there to pick my food up the heavy set girl with the bonet on, (don't understand why she got that on) had a slight attitude like I was bothering her. No , I am here to pick my food up and she was like okay what's your name? Smh... and I got my food one of the orders was not in the bag and she said that I will have to pay for it.
