This location on Bishop Road had issues in in past so I avoided it for like 5+ years and it was so bad even the manager was a huge problem. So as of the last 3 years I've been going back there as it's closest. And the sevrvce had been on parr for a fast food place.
But I go there this morning, ordered one regular steak biscuit breakfast sandwich through the mobile app. Which is the easiest thing for the worker and me. I give my code at the speaker two times because the person didn't hear even though I gave it pretty clearly. I get to the window and the worker that collects the money and provides receipts has their back leaning on the window. She slightly turns her head a few times in the course of a 1 mins to see if I'm still sitting there but never fully acknowledge me. So since I was not going to move without a receipt. She finally opens the window and says with irritatation in her voice. "Do you want your receipt?" Being annoyed at the shear laziness, I said, "Yes" clearly showing my frustration. She hands me the receipt and I pull off talking a loudly to myself due to the frustration. I get to the second window and clearly she has communicated to them what happened. So now everyone one is smiling eeirely and looking at me. At this point I don't feel comfortable eating the food becaise of their stares and smiles.
In the end I spent another $5+ dollars to get another sandwich from another location because I didn't trust what was given to me at this location was OK to consume. I understand this is fast food and all, but there has to be some basic professionalism and accountability. So needless to say I am avoiding this one again for a while. And the other location was the breezy that this while transaction should have been. And while I paid double for my food and didn't want to get refund for the weird laziness, weird stares and weird smiles. This is my way to address the issue.
This is frustrating and tiresome as this was probably the eaisest work she would have to do all day. Ask for my number, provide me with a receipt, and that's it. And she had an attitude because you have to get off your phone for 5 seconds to print a receipt and hand it to a customer. Sad state of affairs our society is in when the easiest simplest task are even too much work for someone. Really tired of the lack of accountability from the worker...
Read moreThey use a normal cheeseburger patty and sell them as a quarter pounder burger. This is the 3rd time I've notice that at this McDonald's. Also... I remember asking for buffalo sause and the dude tried to charge me 25 cents for it. Really? First time I heard of such a thing... Only at this place, I swear.
🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴I went today November 12, 2018 again at 6:21 pm (months later from my last review I wrote) and I spent 4.57 dollars, I paid with 100 dollars... I'm not the kind of person who check the change BUT this time something inside me told me to do so... So I did.. The girl only gave me 75 bucks. I went to the second window (pick up) and gave the other girl the receipt and I told her the other girl gave me only 75 bucks back. The girl from the pick up window came back with 85! I told her again there was 10 dollars missing had me there waiting again and finally came back with my 95 dollars. Be very careful when they give you ur change.... Thank God I realized, I mean come on... We are talking about 20 bucks not 2! And it bothered me even more because on the receipt it said that my change was 95.43 when in reality I was only given 75.43.🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴

Read moreI went there around 9:18pm 12/20/24. I ordered the number 7 I asked for my burgers and fries to be fresh. However when I got my food after about a 10 min. wait as I pull off to open my burger cause it felt cold , they were loaded with ketchup and mustard, that the bun was saturated. Had to go and wait thru a line about another 10 mins. I blew my horn asked for a manager, when he came I told him. Nevertheless the workers were arguing with each other. After waiting another 10 mins they had the audacity to give me back the same burgers that I had the first time. If those were not the same burgers . The entire crew need to trained on professionalism and service. I waited money , gas and time . Going to this McDonalds. Also take the sign down if y’all not hiring. Cause the manager told me 3 weeks ago they wasn’t hiring but the sign is still up. After ther service I got tonight. McDonald’s need to be hiring. This is unacceptable. The guy at the window need a raise , because he remained professional even when they disrespected him, and he was very nice and apologetic, about the burgers being messed up the first time and the wait. So I just knew they would be right . The second time. Pull your video and see how long I was there....
