Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Willoughby

Not the best Jersey Mike's sub I have ever had bit pretty awesome. Of course I am comparing this location band all other subs to the Original Jersey Mike's on Point Pleasant. I will say it was very busy and the Employees Courtney and Lyndsey held down the fort really well. All the subs were super fresh and dressed perfect. The Franchise owner did a great job finding these gals. They were awesome and super polite. Glad I stopped through on my way back from Michigan to Buffalo. Even got a sub to go where they put all the fixings on the side for me. They have 2 awesome craft sodas an agave cream and a rootbeer that are awesome when you mix them together half and half. The bathrooms were clean. Tables were also wiped down which was surprising being as busy as they were. It's a small place but if you want a yummy sub check this location out...gotta get the #13 sub just swap the pepperoni with Turkey and your all set. I will be back next time I come...

I ordered online on their website directly. Text alert from bank reflected the total of the food come out immediately after I placed the order. I called to check the status of the order and they tell me that there isn't a transaction on their end and that they can't do anything for me. Makes no sense when I'm offering to come to the store and show them the confirmation page of my order as well as my bank transaction. They tell me that I have to wait 24hrs for the payment to be returned to me. But how would it be returned if you are saying that you don't have it to begin with?. Thank God that it wasn't my last few dollars because I guess I wouldn't be able to eat at all tonight. Ha. That was horrible customer service, no regard for anything that...

I will not even rate their service, because it doesn’t even deserve a star. I didn’t even want to give one star for the restaurant, the employee, by the name of. Kennayia What is the rudest individual I have ever met in my life I have been a long time resident of Willoughby, and I will never eat and I love Jersey Mike’s and I when I say I will never eat at Jersey Mike’s ever going to Willoughby, or any other jersey Mike’s due to this horrible employee She had such a bad attitude and talk to me like I was a little kid I’m sorry I work two full-time and if you don’t like your job, then you should really find another one better yet her boss to reconsider...
