Michael's Bakeshop — Restaurant in Willoughby

My husband and I stopped in around 11AM on a Saturday. We were warmly welcomed as we walked in. We picked up a cinnamon roll and 2 cookies, M&M with crushed Oreo and chocolate chip. The cookies were perfect! The M&M with crushed Oreo was delicious. It wasn’t overly sweet, tender, savory and a great mix of flavor. The chocolate chip cookie didn’t disappoint either, absolutely delicious. Now, that cinnamon roll……it was perfect - again not overly sweet and super delicious. Cute little bakery on the very corner of the building. My friend and I each got a strawberry crumble bun and a loaf of bread. I wish I'd taken a picture of the bun, but I ate the entire thing as soon as I got back to my car. It was amazing! I'm not usually a huge icing fan but this had me wanting more. It had pieces of strawberry in the swirl and the dough itself was delicious. The cheddar jalapeno bread is great, as well. Makes excellent toast with eggs for breakfast. I'm looking forward to another visit so I can get more buns and perhaps a different type of loaf to try....

I’m so happy I decided to stop in here! The owner was kind and had an awesome personality! He was closing but stayed open so I could grab something.

I bought a strawberry pastry with pretzels and it was light and packed full of flavor.

The smell inside is mouthwatering. You can tell everything is made fresh.

The location is perfect on the corner- makes for an easy sweets get-a-way!

I will definitely be coming back. 11/10 would recommend.
