My husband got me a simple milkshake to try since he knows I love milkshakes occasionally. I love the creative efforts that go into them and how they're all crafted with such care.
I understand that they have more affordable options, but it's still out of our range. The prices are still quite high, especially in the current economic climate. I believe that this business may be somewhat disconnected from the financial realities that many people are facing. If customers are consistently expressing concerns about the high prices, it may be worth considering adjustments to make the products more accessible. While it is certainly a nice place for a special occasion, I agree with other reviews that suggest it may not be suitable for frequent visits. The creative use of mason jars is visually appealing, but the prices are quite steep: $4 for a single scoop cone, $9 for an ice cream sundae, $10 for a regular milkshake, and $12 for floats. This place is way too expensive for a family of 6. We'd be dropping over $60-$100 🤣 bucks just on desserts. We are a milkshake & ice cream family.
However, I can appreciate the aesthetic appeal for those who enjoy sharing such experiences on social media. I will stick to my regular milkshakes buy thanks for the experience ♡. We may come back on my birthday or something of that nature in the...
Read moreI ordered a dairy free bowl. They gave me one with dairy. They also gave so much attitude when I questioned if it was mine. Turns out it wasn't mine, and it was another girl's bowl who did infact add dairy to her bowl. It was hard to catch the dairy in the bowl at first, and I got sick before we figured out that the bowls had been switched. A mistake like that could really hurt someone. They seemed overwhelmed at work, but now my stomach will have to suffer for the next 3 days because of their mistake.
Edit to add: it was today around 3 pm. My husband's name was called for my order. The person making it said "bowl: no peanut butter". We said that no that wasn't correct, I didnt order no peanut butter. She put peanut butter on my bowl. We double checked that it was mine. The employee confirmed, rudely at that. I took it. I was suspicious that the Chocolate sauce tasted like Nutella, which has dairy. I had my husband take it. He wasn't sure. I assumed it was fine because I was told the bowl was dairy free / vegan. A few minutes later, a woman who ordered a bowl same as me asked where hers was. She had ordered extra Nutella with no peanut butter, which seems to be what I received. I never requested Nutella on my bowl. Later, I put two and two together but at that point it...
Read moreIt's a novelty food item, so I wasn't expecting it to be fantastic, but it was not appetizing. The ice cream was not good. The ice cream tasted like an extra extra sweet exaggerated toasted/burnt marshmallows but not in a good way. It was supposed to be vanilla ice cream, and we all tasted each others and they all basically tasted the same. It's just a really odd and weird taste of the ice cream. The mugs and shakes are ABSOLUTELY fun and beautiful, but for 15.00, I have to say that they should be tasty to some degree. It's sugar, so it's not that hard. Get an ice cream that doesn't taste like burnt marshmallows with extra sugar added to it. It was ridiculously sweet. I really wanted to be a part of supporting this company, but I won't ever be back and won't recommend anyone to go. This place will continue to stay busy because of the novelty and Instagram worthy Pics but the actual dessert is not worth it. I tried 3 different ones. None of them were worth 5.00 . It really had to do with the sweetness of the milkshake and the flavor that was very abnormal and borderline made me think someone had put something incorrectly into the shakes and of too much...
