I tipped them $20 and still got attitude. I give the crew of 4 working on 5/28/21, 2 stars. I give the food itself 5 Stars. It's always good. I ordered from the parking lot 3 cold subs at 6:15pm. I received my order at 6:50. Online orders must not be priority over walk in orders. I spent $30. I was told I have to come inside to let them know I was there. Usually my online orders are ready to grab and go when I get there. Usually there are only two workers and the food goes out faster. 4 workers seemed to slow everything down. When I said sometning to the guy that was working the night of July 1st, he said that order had been picked up already. Told him it was a personal app order not a doordash order. He has no intention of correcting the mistake until I told him I wasnt leaving until my order was remade. The girl working the line making the food got rude saying she had already made that order and questioned why she had to make it again.    Read moreWe had been getting sandwiches from this place for years. The whole wheat bread is little sweet but otherwise usually pretty good sandwiches. However, when I called to let them know they had screwed up my order, they refused to give me a credit for new sandwich and we're very condescending.
I can't imagine any good restaurant refusing to replace a mistake for a customer who bought hundreds of meals there before.
