EDITED for accuracy: I attempted to get a hold of Domino's corporate to resolve this issue but they have also ignored me.
If you want terrible pizza and rude employees that hang up on you and say that there's nothing they can do to fix things, then this is the store for you!
Liz is the rudest manager that I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. I called to report a discrepancy on their online ordering system from my house to their store, my pizza was wrong and missing a topping. I asked for nothing in return except for them to mention it to home office and I was treated with more rudeness than I've ever experienced before. First she lied and said she didn't know what I was talking about, then she said she knew exactly what I was talking about. When I proceeded to speak she hung up on me. When I called back I was immediately hung up on again. Super disappointing that this manager's bad day was taken out on someone who was simply trying to call and help.
Review from pre-pandemic days: The Market St location of Domino's has the BEST gluten free crust! They bake it perfectly! I've had these same crusts from other Domino's locations and they don't taste as good. These are nice and crispy!!👍🏾 Order is always correct. Driver's deliver HOT pies. Keep up the...
Read morePizza was good however the service was awful. My friend and I have been ordering from this location for over 3 years and everything has been great until tonight. My friend ordered us a pan pizza via the (new) manager (on speaker phone) and at first all seemed to go smoothly. However, I do recommend that at the end of taking the order he should be sure to repeat it back to the customer... Anyways, when the pizza arrived we discovered it was the wrong order after the delivery man already left. We called Domino's back and both the worker and the manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. Both used an unnecessary, faul tone with us, argued with us (denying the order), and then tried to upcharge us for our regular order (while still lying that they typed in the correct order and mentioned the upcharge the first time). If it was the correct order sir we would have gotten the correct pizza and ya'll wouldn't have called us back trying to upcharge us (while "fixing the order"). Word of advice from a business owner to a new manager; In a situation like this you should comp the previous pizza order and reimburse the individual for the mistake you made, give them store credit/ a free pizza, or make their original order free of...
Read moreI ordered pizza about an hour ago (5pm EST), and just called the store to check up on the delivery status. When placing the order online, I was quoted a 39-49 minute wait time. After an hour hit an our Domino's Tracker still didn't even read "Baking" yet, I decided to call.
After being placed on a 5-6 minute hold, I was greeted with a very sarcastic tone and someone stating "Yeah, well, everyone and their mom is ordering pizza right now soo..." He didn't ask me what my order was, or even try to check the status of my pizza. Currently it's raining pretty hard and so I totally understand the need to be patient, and am TOTALLY fine waiting. However, I think it's totally reasonable for me to check on my order.
When I asked for specifics, the employee said "We've been quoting an hour and a half for all orders." I responded, "The website said an hour, I didn't realize. Is there anyway you could tell me if I can expect in the next half hour or not?" He cut me off before I could finish and said "It hasn't been an hour and a half yet. We got you, ok? You'll get your pizza. Good night." And he hung up.
Currently, I'm still waiting on my pizza, as I wasn't even given the opportunity to...
