Heav'nly Donuts — Restaurant in Wilmington

Went here because of the great reviews and was left disappointed. Asked for a bakers dozen assortment and was given the WORSE assortment ever. All the donuts except for one were some off the wall flavors and ones that are not universally liked. Further, I was given duplicates of donuts too, so not sure they understand what an assortment is. I usually go to Donna’s Donuts, but decided to do something different today, BIG MISTAKE. Ended up having to throw out all the donuts because no one would eat them because they were all weird non likable flavors. I will note, I’ve gone to many donut shops and when asked for an assortment, they always give you a majority of donuts that are universally liked and then give you a couple of the “weird” flavors (apple filled, pumpkin, chocolate cake) etc. Here, I got THREE cinnamon sugar, TWO apple filled, some weird chocolate cake, ONE glazed and NO SPRINKLE! Tall guy, with grey/black hair and a beard might want to find a different job other than customer service work. I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich. When it was done being made it was handed to me only in the wrapping, so I asked “Can I have a bag please?”. The man I mentioned before, rolled his eyes at me and started saying things behind the window. So I asked him what he said when the window opened. He told me “You need to learn some manners, it’s please can I have a bag not give me a bag, learn your manners”, which is just flat out a crazy thing to say. Gave advice on manners yet yelled at me cause I asked for a bag for my sandwich. I get bad mornings/days, but this isn’t the first time with this dude. Lady with the lashes at the front desk was SO RUDE. I ordered ahead and I get there, they dont ask for a name or number, then hand me someone elses order. I said I have a different sandwich, try to show her the number but she walks away. Brings back a sandwich missing ingredients I payed extra for. I politely ask if they can add what I wanted to the sandwich ( not even remake it) I get an eye roll. When I say thank you after she hands it back, she doesn't say a thing. Honestly, I don't even want to eat it now because who knows what she did to it. Horrible, rude, sour attitude. If you hate your job that much, please do us all a favor and quit. Won't ever be coming back here. What a waste of 8$ for ruining the mood...
