McDonald's — Restaurant in Wilmington

The food was fine, but the the customers were kind of really awful. I was going through the drive-thru with my mom just to get a snack, and we ordered our food, but the lady didn't offer the two apple pies for a dollar thing, so I got curious and told my mom to say something. When my mom said, "actually, could we get the two free apple pies?" That sounds kind of rude, but how do you even say "hey yo gimme free pie" kindly? And the lady didn't say anything. The screen told us our total and she didn't say a word. When we pulled up to the window, the woman was really rude. She gave us our total, no usual "have a nice day" or "thank you", just your total is 3.33. Then, when we pulled up to the next window, we told the man that the woman didn't say the two free apple pie thing, and he said that it was only done in the morning, and that chicken nuggets were in the afternoon. My mom then asked, nicely, if we could get the free four piece chicken nugget because the woman still didn't say anything about that. The man then yelled to the workers, "I NEED A FOUR PIECE NUGGET". He gave us nuggets, walked away, and forgot mah straw. Be rude if you want to be rude, but I want my straw dude. We weren't dying for the nuggets or the pies, but DONT ADVERTISE SOMETHING IF YOURE GONNA GET MAD BECAUSE YOU MESSED UP. i...

Can you tell what's wrong with this? I watched two girls make this iced coffee this morning through the window- it's 6am and dark so you can see through that weird film they have on the window. I watched one girl hand off the cup with the syrup in it to the other girl who finished it without stirring it. She looked at the cup, swished it around, looked at it again, basically shrugged and opened the window and handed it to me. I didn't bother asking her to stir it, just went and parked and stirred it with my straw but come on man. That's ridiculous. If I was busy or unaware, that could have been a mouthful of pure syrup! They weren't busy either- 1 truck ordered behind me and that was it. She could have done it right in the beginning- or after acknowledging that the coffee had syrup at the bottom because she literally looked at it! she could have spent an extra 5-10 seconds to stir it!! Ughhhhh this morning crew SUCKS. The most unfriendly people I encounter in the morning! Why work the morning shift if you're going to be hateful?! The night shift is so nice- I've actually called to praise them for their kindness even though they are more busy and take a little longer- I've never had an issue with my order or with the friendliness of the staff in the evening. The last two times I have been here and ate in I had to wait 20+ minutes for my food. The first time I waited 26 minutes . I went to the counter to inquire about my order. They hadn't even started it. They did give a voucher for a free extra value meal to make up for my wait. The second time I went, i redeem my voucher. The boy at the counter had to get the manager to redeem it. Went to my table and waited and waited. After 20 minutes, I went up to the counter to check on my order. It had beenrung as a to go order and had been sitting for 15 minutes. After hearing I'm sorry for the millionth time, they got my food together. And they still got it wrong. It had been 39 minutes since I had ordered. I just ate what they gave and left. Instead of teaching your counter to say I'm sorry everytime they screw up an order, train them to get the order right the first time. Be a long time before I come back to...
