Customer service was not okay older manager has terrible customer service younger manager great and understanding the lady in the back paid me out right but didn’t explain to workers in the front that I had a extra order I used my codes for a free fry with the minimum purchase of $2 I bought a Mcchicken and I had another order the was a McDouble and again another code for a free fry but I also used my rewards for a free Mcchicken I paid for exactly what I was suppose to pay for the older manager had a attitude and was not understanding now to let you know my girlfriend works at a McDonald’s and a cook out she knows how things work now we’re not from around here we stay a hour away we’ll the younger manager finally understood that the 2nd mcchicken was suppose to be free I used my rewards for it it took the points and all well when I finally got my food I didn’t get my last Mcchicken I asked for it and the older lady had a attitude and was yelling what do you need I simplify said just the Mcchicken she proceeds to say I have to pay for it she says I had to spend 2 dollars to get it free I said no ma’am that’s was for the fries the mcchicken was free by itself I had the proof on my phone so she starts yelling at her employees to just give me the mcchicken so I can leave and as we’re leaving she says “next time how about you try your McDonald’s “ like ma’am I’m sorry you do not know how to run your business that your suppose to be managing you need a different job.! Sure, it’s McDonald’s, but you’d expect a bit of decency from the staff — instead, we encountered some of the slowest service imaginable. We ordered two 1/4 pd value meals, and it took what seemed like an astonishing 30 minutes to get our food. I’m serious. After waiting patiently, I finally asked the staff how much longer it would be. The lady rolled her eyes, dismissed me, and walked away. Meanwhile, my order number sat untouched in the bag. I watched her grab the fries, place them on the holder, and then walk off without a word. When I asked again, she returned, ignored my request, and finally shoved the fries into the bag before leaving it there. When I insisted again, she claimed she called my number — which I clearly saw her do the exact opposite. Then when I finally got my order her apology was rolling her eyes and saying, “you got your order now”…
To the owner who comments on reviews: don't believe me? I'm sure you have cameras and a way to check your order times and flow. Not to mention, it was your night manager because she had a different shirt, handling order 968 (maybe 928) around 9 p.m. on Thursday, 10/30. Remember to look for two 1/4lb meals. It was not even crowded at all. Maybe 4 or 5 of us waiting on our orders. She may have cleared the system to show a quicker time or the wait time will reflect it.

Read moreI was helping a friend who was sponsoring an anniversary reception for her son and his wife at her home on the evening of May 1st of this year. She had made more than one visit to this establishment ahead of time and arranged for them to have food available to take back to the party for a bunch of young attendees to have something to get on their stomachs after partying dancing and drinking. She had worked out a deal to have 50 cheeseburgers with lettuce & tomato and condiments ready to go at 9 PM and had already been quoted a price. I offered to go pick the order up for her so she wouldn't have to leave her party. When I arrived, not only was the food not ready (prep not even started), the evening manager had to enter each cheeseburger along with the additives into the register individually and then ring up a total which didn't near match (too high) the quoted amount for which I had the cash in hand. It eventually got worked out but what should have been a 5 min in-and-out visit turned into a 35 min less-than-pleasing experience. After the evening was over, there were a few of the cheeseburgers remaining which I happened to examine. Even though the receipt had specified two slices of tomato on each sandwich, I discovered that all the remaining ones either had only one slice, or no slice at all in one case.
