Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Wilmington

well first of all they took my order over the phone and had no problem entering in the right amount at 60$$!! , but couldn't get the difference of CNA or CMA right? yep. my clip art was printed from a computer and stuck on with a stick and not even the right letters so big fail there. I get the cake home and open it up and there's not even candles on the cake. I swear I was told sparkly candles and here I had just a candle "holder " that was sparkly with little holes that are made to hold candles. yet I still needed candles. hmmm. ok. other than that the cake looked pretty good just very small and nothing edible on the decorations part. paper and material for the flower. basically taste like a pumpkin roll if you have had that. yeah 5 or 6 bucks at food lion. I don't mean to sound rude but I called and spoke to who I assume was the manager and told that I specifically said CMA. like m for marry or mom and it was not CNA. the cakes main purpose was to congratulate my wife after a successful completion of a course so I had to pull that part out. oh and better yet it was connected to a picture of a syringe "which was right" but it was printed on same peice of paper so it had to go. so after all this I get offered a free cake. lol. wow. that's customer care. I had to get a different cake somewhere else and so you offer me a free cake ? lol. nice. how about some of the money back that I spent on the cake that was wrong, and if you can't get phone orders right than why take them?? 1 star all the way. don't...

I recently visited store location to take advantage of Buy 1 Bundlet, Get 1 FREE promotion. I have always been a frequent customer who enjoys the different variety of flavors the bakery offers. Each time I would visit the nice cashiers would mark my punch card towards the goal of receiving a FREE bundlet or FREE Dozen Bundtinis which I was looking to redeem in the future. Unfortunately the employee did advise that they no longer stamp or accept the punch cards, which was disappointing due to the fact there was no prior email notifications (which I occasionally receive for other marketing purposes) of this change ending. So this was my first time trying these out. I've heard about them from my aunt. I bought a dozen bundtinis and eight regular size cakes for my shop and they were a hit! I wish I would've taken pictures of them because they were really pretty; just like the pictures on their website.

The bundt cakes were really moist and delicious. My favorite is the confetti and regular vanilla. The people at my job apparently enjoyed the red velvet ones because those weren't the fastest.

The customer service was awesome! The cashier was very nice and seemed to enjoy her job of serving customers. You don't find that too often nowadays. I'll definitely be back when I'm down...
