Went there the other night to pick up a few things. Walked in there... there was a decent amount of people working but no one was working!! (They were on their cell phones) or communicating with customers. (Atleast wipe down those dirty carts left outside in the parking spots.. instead of being on your phone!!!!) During check out I saw ALL the employees on their phone, some sitting on top of the registers with their feet kicked back. All of them hunched over on their phones. (I felt like saying clean off your belt its all sticky and gross! Corona! I was there for a good hour or so.. it was not busy at all.) I went up to one of them who was lounging and said are u open when I clearly knew he was. He didn't say not 1 word to me.. I paid and left. Wont shop here again!! You have Harris Teeter across the street with an employee standing at the door with a spray bottle saying hello. Also no carts left out in the parking spots. Seems like they need new management!! Step your game...
Read moreUSUALLY A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HELPFUL PLEASANT EMPLOYEES. I went in this morning on my way to work to pick up a few needed items. During checkout i hear the conversation of the 3 employees at the cart sanitation station. The 1 employee in particular who's positioned at the sanitation station is telling her 2 coworkers "THEY HAVE A $h!+ LOAD OF STUFF GOING ON OVER THERE"... (i try to ignore the conversation while I'm being checked out, by the perfectly pleasant cashier 0207). But as i walk past to exit i hear the same employee continue the profane conversation with "BECAUSE I WILL SLAP A b!+@h". Rudely vulgar profanities was not on my list of needed items today, but it is exactly what i received at the Landfall FOOD LION #0742 at 1319 Military Cutoff at register 004 while being checked out by cashier 0207 @ 9:07:45 on this December 1st 2020 morning. Just wasn't what i...
Read moreDon't bother trying to shop here.. I went at 3:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Stood at the deli department for 5+ mins. Employee cooking in the back looked at me several times. Then pretended I wasn't there. No trying to say, "I"ll be right with you or let me get someone to help you," just tried not to look my way and avoid my presence. Then I asked cashier if deli was open on Sundays. She said she thought it was. I asked for a manager to find out if deli was open and he said the person was on break for 15 more mins. I had already waited prior. Didn't ask what I needed or if he could help, just started flirting with casier. They were young and nice and I enjoyed being that age too, but I needed help. I ended up going to Publix for our weekly deli meat after already shopping once. Unacceptable! By the looks of the reviews and lack of response, this to will be disreguarded but I...
