I would caution anyone from purchasing something from Mango Furniture.

We had an awful experience with this company, not just due to the defective sectional couch we purchased (as confirmed by a professional cleaner), but also because of the appalling customer service we received.

The representative, Kimberly, demonstrated unprofessional behavior throughout. She was dismissive, rude, and failed to follow through on her commitments. After promising to inspect our couch, she later refused and undermined the claims process by telling the manufacturer she believed our claim was invalid, despite her refusing to look at it and having evidence to the contrary.

Even after we provided evidence from a professional cleaner confirming the defect, Kimberly refused to take responsibility and instead made excuses for why she wouldn't do anything. Following several days of unreturned calls, she finally responded, only to abruptly hang up and refuse further communication.

This company clearly doesn’t stand behind its products and treats its customers with disrespect. I strongly advise avoiding them...

Furniture shopping can be stressful for me because I don’t feel super confident in picking out items that will look great together. I don’t want to end up with something I don’t like. However, working with mango to update my dining room chairs and rug was such a wonderful experience. They took into account the pieces I was working with to find something within my budget that looks great and was well built. I’m so happy with the quality of the pieces I purchased. What a fantastic discovery! I love everything about this store. All the lines Mango carries are great quality for the best prices. I got a beautiful Shabby Chic slipcovered couch that will last me a lifetime and found it here for the best price. They were so helpful in helping me pick fabric and tables to go with it. I've been trying to find a couch and tables for almost 2 years. I would have saved so much time if I had known about this store.
