Trey Folcher, Owner, of Leisure World sets the standard for poor after sale service. In the spring of 2016 we visited Leisure World concerning a warranty issue regarding some outdoor furniture that we previously purchased. Over the course of the next several months, we began to have suspicions about the veracity of what Folcher was telling us about his efforts to resolve our warranty issue with the manufacturer. Subsequently, we contacted the manufacturer whereupon we learned that they had no knowledge of our warranty claim. Per instructions from the manufacturer we returned to Leisure World and placed our warranty claim order with Folcher. Approximately 10 weeks later we contacted the manufacturer to ascertain the status of our warranty claim order and learned that they did not receive any replacement order from Leisure World. Accordingly, the manufacturer took our order and shipped the replacement furniture directly to our home. He sold the umbrella I was in there for to another woman who came in AFTER me because she had been in the store the day before looking at it. Keep in mind she did not buy it or put down a deposit on it the day before, she simply was looking at it and considering buying it but left saying she wasn't sure and would come back if she decided she wanted it. The owner went to the back to get the umbrella to give it to me but decided to give it to the other lady after she told him that she wanted it. Read moreMy wife and I purchased over $1700 worth of furniture from Leisure World Casual Furniture in July of 2017. In July 2022, the side braces on one of the Polywood rockers, warrantied for 20 years, broke. We attempted several phone calls within normal business hours. Most went unanswered. Twice we actually spoke with an employee. We were asked to send an email with photos of the receipt and damaged product and were told that someone would "get back to us". We promptly provided the requested photos. No response. We sent two follow-up emails. No response. This has been ongoing for 7 months now (currently February 2023) with no progress. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. We will not be using Leisure World for future purchases and recommend going elsewhere for your indoor and outdoor...
