I was wary of trying this pizza joint as I hated Marco’s that was in this location previously. After reading reviews decided to give it a go. So glad I did! We ordered pepperoni and ham and I loved how thinly sliced the meat was. Sauce was good, cheese was good, crust was thin and good. We ordered again 2 days later and got 2 pies this time. Delivery guy was super nice. I recommend you give Vito’s a try.
Edit 12/9/22 I loved this place the first few times we ordered but I’d say last 6 times we ordered it has been downhill. I have to ask for extra sauce and extra cheese every time now and still only get what should be given normally. Never get extra cheese. If you don’t ask for extra sauce you barely get any, if you ask for extra cheese you still don’t get extra, only what should normally come on a pizza. Brooklyn pizza is soon opening in our area and they rarely let me down. Hopefully Brooklyn will continue to provide superior pizza and they also deliver, whereas Vito’s won’t even deliver to our area anymore. Read moreVery disappointed with our past few experiences with Vitos. Our family orders from the midtown location and the past two times our orders have not been correct. I called tonight to let them know our order was again incorrect and the girl I spoke to didn’t try to rectify the situation at all. Quite a shame that customer service has declined so greatly. I normally am not one to call and complain but we really do enjoy their pizza but have not enjoyed our orders lately due to they keep omitting items we ordered. The quality of the pizza has not been like the past few years we have ordered. For the cost it would be nice if the manager would have tried to rectify the issues. Read moreI went to Vito’s and ordered a cinnamon swirl on the phone for pickup. After waiting for 5 minutes they state that the cinnamon swirl “blew up” and had to make another one. After waiting 10 minutes I look up and see them laughing because the employee dropped tue cinnamon swirl on floor and had to make another one. I ask for my money back cause I shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes due to their unprofessionalism. The employee said she can not do that cause I am still getting my order. I agree I’m getting my order but the right thing to do is to understand the customers prospective and how they feel.
