First impressions mean everything imo. I can’t express enough how awesome they are. Started a Homebrew journey today and the staff helped me with explaining what I needed and how-to. All with a line of customers due to corona curbside pick up, which they opened another door to not keep them waiting. Later on that evening I found I accidentally received a 5 gallon carboy instead of the 6. Called the store, which had been closed for 2 hours and someone answered the phone....let me say again. I called a store that had been closed for 2 hours, they were still there and they actually answered the phone and didn’t let it go to a answering machine. Love the beers and the facility. Were there on a Sunday afternoon thinking we would have a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, a large crowd of people with about 20 5 year olds came in. The children were unsupervised and wreaked havoc in the venue. Shuffleboard pieces were being thrown. Children were screaming and running around. The parents socialized with each other. No efforts were made to supervise or even interact with their children. This made for a very loud and unpleasant experience for the other patrons. Our group left very quickly.
