IF YOURE LOOKING FOR AMAZING FOOD AND A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT AND KIND EMPLOYEES LOOK NO FURTHER, this is the place to go!!! I wanted to take the time to come up here and leave a raving review of this Moe’s as well as any other Moe’s I’ve ever gone to, But this one in particular. I’ve been eating at this Moes for about two years and I’ve always had amazing food. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. Additionally, the staff is always kind and friendly. I’ve never gone into this location and not seen all the staff seem to truly enjoy their job and care about the customers. This is rare as I’m sure most people know, I’ve been to Chick-fil-As that don’t treat their customers as well or make food as good. I’m making this review because of the two years that I’ve been coming here there’s been only one time they’ve ever gotten something wrong with my order, that was yesterday, and of have no surprise to me, when I called up there because I was upset that it was wrong. The manager went out of his way to write down my order and tell me that they would remake it for me no problem, to just send my husband up there and they’d make it fresh. And they did. He apologized profusely and made the food himself. When my husband brought it home it was perfect, cheesy, hot, and you could just tell it was made with care. I do think I should get what I ordered, but I think that the positive attitude and kindness about it all was above and beyond. I believe that nothing is owed to me, so when you find a place that give you more than they have to and wants to ensure you remain a happy customer there’s nothing more I could ask for. Food was good. Wasn't ready even though I ordered it 25 minutes in advance. All I got was nachos it really shouldn't have taken them that long to make it. But when I got there of course I had to wait. They didn't even start on it until I got there and asked for it. And the little young girl at the register was so busy talking about she had 24 messages that she didnt look at the receipt at all or give me my free chips and salsa. & when I asked for it she said she didnt think it came with chips as if it wasn't legible & written on the receipt. I paid almost 15 dollars for nachos & attitude obviously. I would say be prepared to wait on online orders or just drive there & order. I have to wait on my door dash orders too so I think its all online orders. There was no line either so I don't know what the issue was besides them in there playing. I think they closed at 8 & my order was suppose to be ready at 7:30 so you would think they would of had it ready so I could get out of there. But they didn't seem too concerned until I got there. There was a guy waiting when I got there & they apologized for his wait so obviously his food was also not ready. Don't go here if you are in a rush or don't have patience because you will need them in this...

The last time I went, no one could get a drink..Thankfully, I work for coke and fixed your freestyle so it could work again.. Not even a thankyou!! WoW!!! At that time, I said it would be my last!! But my wife talked me into it!! First of all, there was no one waiting behind us in line and the line server was rude and impatient acting with no motivation to be helpful... The food was minimal again! I paid 8.19 for a half hearted plate of nachos!! Secondly, the young girl behind the counter gave me a half scoop of beef to go on the nachos, I mean really???? Then to top it all off my father-in-law is 77 years old, and he was in line ahead of me and he was very confused due to the girl talking so fast he could not understand what to order..My wife and I had to help him understand everything she said.. Then as I was paying for both meals, the young girl ringing us up was soo busy staring off at someone in line that she laid the receipt on my food and as she turned to walk away she said sign that... If you want good customer service with a non-adolescent, knowledgeable staff, I wouldnt recommend this Moes to anyone over...
