Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wilton Manors

We are back with another one! Let's be honest as I only can give you the Truth!!! The area is not the greatest but it's safe and well kept! It's an ecleptic area we have a little ghetto a little rich and a little gainess all in the mix. The Dunkin Donuts it's self is very nice! The staff is Amazing, management has done a great job in selecting the right people for the team. They all go above and beyond! Especially this really sweet girl by the name of Titi! She has put the biggest smile on my sons face! She impressed me with her selflessness, and I just have to give her props and make sure that management knows the Special Person that they have in Titi!!! Do not allow her to go away... The reason I state this is because and I don't mean to get too personal and put her information out there but she is going through a lot of family issues and with these issues she still took the time out to put a smile on a 3 year old face. He (my son) was just having a tough day, but it all changed when we walked up to the counter. She made his day by getting on his level in the middle of a pack restaurant. Not caring how silly she might look to anyone else, and most importantly what she herself is going through!!! Management, I recommend Titi for a raise in pay or maybe to become a shift manager. Trust me guys I usually do my reviews about the restaurant and the staff but I was truly impacted on this young lady and what she is going through management I hope this reaches you and you take it into consideration. To my patriots and followers I hope that you read this and show up to this location and make Titi's day! I am asking for all to send prayers that she gets a raise or a promotion I'm asking for nothing but good vibes to be sent to her way I know ya could do it so I hope the next time I show up to this location she tells me about a few people that I'm showing up to show love!!! And in closing I gotta say the restaurant location is very clean restrooms are very nice and not much is out of source it's very well rand again management has done a great job with their team and it's a great Dunkin...

I recently visited this location of Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience can be summarized in four words: poor customer service, not listening to my order, rude staff, and a less-than-pleasant environment.

First and foremost, the poor customer service. It was evident that the staff was not adequately trained in delivering quality service. Upon entering the establishment, I waited in line patiently, but it seemed like an eternity before anyone even acknowledged my presence.

When it was finally my turn to place an order, I encountered the second issue - the staff not listening to what I ordered. I made my order clearly and concisely, but it was as if my words fell on deaf ears. I received a completely different order, which was not only frustrating but also a waste of my time and money.

To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was nothing short of rude. When I pointed out the mistake in my order, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, they responded with indifference and impoliteness. It left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

Lastly, the environment in this Dunkin' Donuts was far from welcoming. It felt like a "getto place," as you described it, with unkempt tables, dirty floors, and an overall lack of cleanliness. A place that serves food and beverages should prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure the well-being of its customers.

In conclusion, my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was a disheartening experience marked by poor customer service, staff not listening to my order, rudeness, and a subpar environment. The absolute WORST!! Always a problem. I'm done there. Dirty. Staff that doesn't want to be bothered. Run out of the most basic items before noon routinely. No croissants for sandwiches note often than not. Called ahead this time to not waste my time....again. Got hung up on for politely asking if they had croissants for sandwiches today. Called back thinking it was a connection issue. Was hung up on twice more...from different people nonetheless. The other day ordered through Uber Eats. Took almost TWO hours and I live maybe 3 miles away. The poor Uber guy had to leave...TWICE before finally getting my order. Never again! Don't waste your time or sanity on this garbage locale!

In response to the owner's reply. Nope! I've given this location FAR more chances than it deserves. Your employees couldn't care less. Always yelling and using fowl language back and forth to each other. Look and often smell as if they haven't showered in days. They act as if you're bothering them when you try to order. If no one is in the place and you walk in no one even comes out to greet you in any reasonable time frame. But you can hear them laughing it up in the back. Not only should THEY be ashamed of themselves, even more so YOU should be ashamed of YOUR self for allowing this to happen! So either you're an absentee owner who it cares when your check hits the mailbox or your one of the inept people 'working' there and allow this behaviour first hand. Either way...you've failed MISERABLY. You've lost business with me, my wife and our two businesses at LEAST. Hopefully this review helps that along and my continued critique to anyone who will listen. ...
