Two Brother's Toppings Pizza — Restaurant in Wilton Manors

HORRIBLE MANAGER! She was rude as hell!!! I called to place an order. Usually we order from The Garlic Knot, but when I was about to order for the team, someone told me that we should try this place they are offering a discount. I called, NOT EVEN KNOWING what the discount is. I spoke to a gentleman and he said let me check with the manager. This "manager" get on the phone and says, are you with "XYZ Company?", I replied "yes".. her exact words were " Someone already ordered from us yesterday, and I am not going to lose money to get business, I won't honor the coupon". This lady will qualify as the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. Here is my message to this manager.. when I first called, I clearly told the gentleman that I was ordering 19 of your 18" pies and 150 wings plus some salads. I had no idea what the discount was, I was simply asking if you had any specials, and he said let me check with a manager. You could have simply said "no sorry, we don't have any specials"... but to go on a rampage of " I would rather lose the order than lose money, simply shows that you should not be a manager and should never be in contact with the customers, you just lost this office and all of our other...

I've tried this restaurant twice. The first experience was decent. I ordered the family size lasagna. I'm a cheese guy so I ordered extra cheese and they really delivered on that particular dish. The customer service was great, while the delivery guy at the time was a more significant steak holder of the restaurant, he was really nice, prompt and displayed a genuine appreciation for my business.

My second experience was a bit different. But not alarming. I ordered the 1/2 pound burger without many expectations as this is an Italian style restaurant. Once it arrived over an hour later I was surprised to see that it maintained a some type of warmth as opposed to it be cold. I was a bit disappointed but my violent hunger would allow me to return the food. After opening it and consuming the first bite I realized that this could have been a really tasty burger had I only visited the venue in person. overall the wait time for a semi warm burger and fries was not worth the price tag. I would suggest this restaurant to others, but I'd be weary of the delivery wait time for...

Toppings used to have the best pizza in town in my opinion and my friend Dave also couldn't do it better pizza or something has changed somebody said that they had new owners somebody said that there are hardships I don't know what it is but it's a hit and miss and more misses than hits the meat lovers Pizza used to have plenty of toppings now it's very skimpy on a good night on a spectacular night you might get what you used to get and have a lot of toppings and it really be good but after the last three times that I've ordered from them two of them have just been terrible one was a delivery and they made it another pizza and brought it so it was okay this time we picked it up and when I got home it was terrible I called them they sell will make another pizza but you have to come get it now I live a little ways from them so I wasn't having that I was upset and I'm telling you guys if you want to gamble for your dinner you can try ordering from toppings but me I used to love them I can't do it anymore so am I paying past toppings on and go somewhere else it's a lot...
