My go to spot for breakfast sandwiches and have spent hundreds of dollars yearly here. Lately you guys are going downhill though. Phones down for days, sandwiches sent to me via Uber eats WITHOUT bread, ordering an $8 Wilton sandwich that comes without avocado. (Both in person and via Uber eats)
My advice to you if you'd like to retain me as a customer is:
Stay on top of your inventory. Avocados aren't hard to order or even pickup from a local store. Gluten free bread - you are always out, once again not hard to find. Drinks - your inventory changed drastically and now I skip ordering drinks which would have netted you another $4-5 / order.
Quality control. This applies to your food, your tech, and also inventory. Phones being down multiple times, get on that. Uber eats being offline entire days.... You're losing $$$
Show you care. Thank your customers the next time they come in. Be polite on the phone from start to finish rather than just hanging up after an orders taken and also making it feel like a customers a bother to you.
Happy to edit my review if I see someone actually cares and the negatives are taken care of....
Read moreUncle Leo’s donuts gets 5 ⭐️ they are always freshly made and amazing! Their bagels I heard are actually from Liz Sue, which is why they’re good. They sell out of bagels and donuts quickly especially on the weekend. I really only go for their donuts because their service is mediocre. I’ve ordered sandwiches from their handwritten board and it’s missing ingredients. I’ve gotten to go orders and had the wrong order in my bag. The other day I ordered a sandwich, an omelette platter and some bagels to go. I received my omelette order, 3 breakfast sandwich bagels and my 3 to go bagels. I was confused but I assumed the tin foiled wrapped items were for my omelette. One was my toast but the others were someone else’s order. I felt so bad because I didn’t realize it until I got home. There was definitely another person waiting for their order longer than I was and it was probably theirs. UGH this place has so much potential. Wilton doesn’t have a lot of bagel options and Rise donuts is overrated...

Similarly, when the online order prev weekend didn’t print and I was hanging around for an extra bit gave me the coffee I wanted to purchase on the house as well). They’re a great small business that manages to stay crowded despite heavy competition. Everyone deserves some grace, especially when they’re swamped w/hungry families on a Sunday lol.
I’m leaving my original review below..they do seem to have a problem with their online ordering options (any app related orders don’t print thru to kitchen for ex. So they’ll hustle and get your sandies made but defeats point of ordering ahead).
“Decent food but the ordering ahead doesn’t work. Placing the order there doesn’t work. They’re busy so things seem to get...
