Arby's — Restaurant in Winchester

We went to Arby's on the Sunday after the grand opening. Cars were wrapped around the building. So my husband and I parked, and went in. They were well staffed, and all working very hard. We were helped right away. We had to wait for about 10 minutes for our order. We had classic roast beef, and fries. It was hot, well prepared, and very good. For as busy as they were. Opening day growing pains. Cashier was good, new but adequate. The order puller woman messed my families order completely up. Ordered Double Roast Beef meal, Double Beef and Cheddar Meal, and a single Beef and Cheddar, and a Large Carmel Iced Coffee to go. Received Double Roast Beef Meal, Single Roast Beef Meal, and a Single Roast Beef and Cheddar, had to go back to tell them we wete supposed to get Large Carmel Iced Coffee and the Carmel iced coffee had barely any Carmel just drizzled on the top. Pulled up at 1011 in the morning had three vehicles in front of me when I pulled away at 1033 they had only fully served one vehicle while working on the second. The truck in front pulled out and two vehicles behind me pulled out as well. Not sure how Arby's will succeed in winchester when out of six vehicles two got served.
