I had an unexpectedly poor experience during a recent visit. The person at the counter seemed irritated and was very curt throughout the interaction. I placed a simple order, a couple of ready-made pastries and a coffee, but after naming each item, I was cut off with a sharp, dismissive "Anything else?" as if I were being rushed along. Then, instead of handing me my order, she tossed the pastries and a folded paper bag onto the counter, and ironically added, "Whenever you are ready," just as the tip screen popped up on the payment device. For what exactly? Bagging my own pastries? After that, she walked away without a word and began helping the next customer, leaving me standing there waiting for a receipt. When she finally returned, she shot at me: "You are all set!" I had to respond that I wasn't, and requested my receipt. On top of that, no one asked if I needed utensils, even though one of the pastries was a slice of cream cake - we had to come back later just to ask for a fork. Read moreI prefer to go here instead of the corporate competition, but lately I'm finding myself disappointed.
Let me start by saying I give the employees of this place a massive round of applause. They work hard. But over the last couple of months, more and more when I go in I only see one person working. That one person has to maintain the cleanliness of the store, take orders from customers, make coffee beverages and prepare foods.
But the food selection has decreased. The store has stopped putting out cream and milk (though I did see them out once almost 2 weeks ago) Dishes pile up in the bin by the trash and tables get left in a used state for too long.
Then today I stand at the door which should have been open by 7am and wonder why it's closed at 730. Are employees not even showing up now?
I perceive it as poor management that leads to poor leadership and lack of motivation for employees. Whoever owns/runs this location needs to do a lot of work to get my business back.

She is the one who usually there and when we go there she always acts rude. We used to tolarete her and even try to understand her , show her our kindness And we always leave tips for her even she is rude and careless and actually doesn’t deserve it . But today she was like throwing the package of our order toward us and acting totally careless without any reason.We warned her and she smiled with a sick way and said some more rude things carelessly.
