My fiancee decided to reward 5 of her kindergarteners with a pizza lunch, as they had worked so hard online all year. She ordered 5 different pizzas for each of her 5 students. As they were doing distance learning, she requested each pizza to be delivered to the 5 different addresses of each student and they were going to have a virtual pizza party together. The order was placed yesterday at 2:30pm and email confirmation was received, showing each order was to be delivered to each of the different addresses. 4 of the orders were being fulfilled by this store, #7457. Today, at lunch, it was discovered that 3 of the 5 students did not receive their pizzas (all 3 were the orders supposed to be fulfilled by store #7457). My fiancee called the store and spoke with manager, Dave, explaining the situation. The call was on speaker phone, so I heard every word and can attest to everything in this review. She asked if the orders could be made again and delivered that night, so that the 3 students who didn't receive their pizzas for lunch could at least receive it for dinner. Dave proceeded to rudely inform my fiancee that all 4 orders were delivered to the correct addresses and so to him the order had been fulfilled. She requested he confirm which addresses he had the pizza delivered to and he could only provide one address. When my fiancee started to explain that she had an order confirmation, showing each pizza was to be delivered to different addresses, Dave started to really get agitated and said "All orders were delivered to the one address you had connected to your phone number." Turns out, no one bothered to look at the different addresses and delivered all 4 pizzas from that store to the one address that did receive their pizza. My fiancee was trying to obtain a solution from Dave, and even explained that there were 3 very disappointed 5 year olds who didn't get their pizzas, and he just kept yelling at her that they did what they were supposed to do and hung up on her. She proceeded to call him back two times and he refused to listen to her, hanging up on her each time and telling her, "Go ahead and contact corporate." This is not the first time we've had issues with Domino's Pizza. We had the same kind of treatment from the manager at the store in Boulder City, who also hung up on us and treated us with such disrespect when they did not include all items from our order in our delivery. All we wanted from this establishment was respect and for them to provide customer service by working with us to rectify the situation. Dave even said at one point that in his mind they did what they were supposed to do and would not confirm the other addresses and would not be trying to correct this mistake. We have contacted Domino's Pizza's headquarters, along with the BBB. This particular store, along with Dave, should not be allowed to get away with such abhorrent and intolerable behavior. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI work for a domino's in town (not this one, mine is about 25 minutes south of this one), and came here to pick up some food for my mom at the hospital. I did carry-out because employees get a 50% discount, however on the phone they should have applied the coupons I was applicable for when I finished my order, which they did not. This is one of the main duties of customer service all workers should be taught by their managers.
Upon arriving, it was fairly busy (I noticed all the drivers were assigned deliveries and the make line had quite a few orders so it was a good sized rush) however customers coming in and waiting at the front should take priority if the make line and cut table are being taken care of (cause yeah the ovens get real busy and you GOTTA have someone to catch the food before it falls so that's the real priority here).
There were several drivers getting their orders ready, I counted 3 of em. In this scenario, the drivers should make the customers up front priority however they neglected to do so for quite a while, didn't even hear anyone say "customer's up front!" to let people know to come tend to me and the other guy waiting.
Anyway finally one of the drivers decides to help us, and I request the coupon for my employee discount. The guy asked his manager who proceeded to say the employee discount is only applicable at the store you work at. I told him this is not true at all, I've used it at other dominos I just need to tell them what store I work at and in some cases who the manager is to verify I work there. They did not care and refused to apply the discount.
They also burnt the cookie brownie (I think they forgot to put the parchment paper over the top in the oven). Pasta was good though.
This store clearly has serious problems with providing good customer service and possibly don't know how to make their cookie brownies correctly. I hope the manager of this store starts making the proper corrections so this store can meet the standards we should be striving for.
1/5 stars but +1 star cause the pasta was actually good gotta give credit...
