This place is horrible! I've been going to this place for years, but last night when I stopped in with a friend, I was treated so badly that I am disgusted and truly upset. I threw money in a machine and played until it was gone. I sat at the same machine for no more than 3 minutes while waiting for my friend to get out of the bathroom, so that we could choose machines we could play at that were right next to each other. This is something I've done numerous times before. But before my friend returned to me, I was approached by the very rude and unprofessional security guard. He told me that I didn't have money in the machine and had to leave. I told him that I did put money in the machine and that I planned on playing more but was only waiting on my friend. He then followed me and stared at me, even after I put more money into a machine. Being completely uncomfortable with him standing behind me staring, I got up and asked him why he was treating me this way. He said that he was told to do so. I asked to speak to the manager, after pointing me in the direction of the manager, he told me it didn't matter if I talked to him because I was getting kicked out anyway. I spoke with the manager, who was also extremely rude, but he said that I was fine as long as I was playing. So not 3 minutes after returning to the machine to play, the same security guard came up to me with a camera in his hand, taking my picture and telling me I was 86ed. When I asked him for what, he said my attitude. This is completely ridiculous!!!! I've spent so much time and money in this place - I'm in shock that this happened! It's completely unjustified! I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go in this place. Plus I'll only tell people horrible things about this sorry establishment. You people are so wrong for treating your regulars...
Read moreSome days, depending on bartenders, I was told I can get a drink every 20 minutes, it was not that busy, like 10 people at bar playing the slots, and the lady bartender takes longer then 20 minutes, for me was like 1 beer per hour to be served, no eye contact when I raised my hand and said excuse me, I was quickly told one minute, I guess she does things her way, after my third beer given when I wanted some thing different, I did not want to wait another hour for a drink, service was bad. Maybe having two bartenders would be better, she just dropped off the beer and assumed that was what I wanted and she left doing something else. Instead of talking loud or say hey lady, I just decided to leave, if that was her type of service, I assumed it was not going to get any better. So I left, after a long week of work , o wanted to unwind and relax with some drinks , I feel that i wasted my time for 2 hours with only two beers and playing slots. I'll give eureka one more chance hopefully with a better bartender, if not I will look for another place to drink. Service disappointment, bartender need to learn people skills, and eye contact. Strike two if three then I'm...
Read moreThis is an affordable and accessible gaming experience for local residents and their income level. Surprisingly, while providing affordability, the Eureka also dishes out modern expensive trending machines alongside the classics that locals appreciate
Security is ample and well trained and selected. During all my visits, the door security personnel are polite, approachable, and make efforts to meet, get to know, and personally greet by name all entering guests.
The cocktail waitresses are sweethearts that do the best they can with the house’s decision to understaff in this area. Drink availability for players can take a little longer than hoped. However, the waitresses’ demeanor makes up for it.
Lastly, parking is ample and well supervised.
Overall, for the gaming experience given, the Eureka is an above average choice for a night of fun playing the slots… this is made possible by solid personnel working the floor along with good management decisions regarding game selection… keep up...
