Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winchester

I've came to your store two evenings in a row and my decaffeinated coffee was cold both times, just like it was again. I had to wait each time for them to make a new pot due to it being so cold! I find this quite RIDICULOUS and I don't feel like I should have been charged for my coffee since I've had to wait both days for hot coffee, but I was. It was deducted from my gift card and I know that when I go to the Dunkin Donuts on Millwood Pike, store 14, they at least don't make me pay for it since I got it cold. You can't tell me that your employees can't tell if the coffee is hot or cold because if its hot there should be steam coming off of it when there pouring it. I'm not ever stopping at this store again because like I said it's RIDICULOUS to have this happen two days in a row and it shouldn't be happening anyways if there doing what your store policy is by making fresh coffee for however long the minutes are! Nothing like paying for something so cold and having to waste my time two...

And we pulled up to the window I asked for plastic cutlery. The woman at the window said they don't do that???? Okay cool I asked if they would please cut the sandwich In half to which she replied yeah we would but it's sitting here... I ask, could someone just cut it in half?I don't want it remade.I just want it cut.. She was visibly put out by the took our sandwich back behind the counter and about 2 minutes later handed it out again.We pulled off after saying.Thank you only to find out that our sandwich hadn't been cut.It had been ripped in half. I would understand if the line was backed up around the building.People being put out, but it wasn't and honestly we will just bypass this location from now on because there is nothing like giant thumb prints in the middle...

I had a horrible experience here yesterday. I tried to order a dozen donuts and it would take my payment but then void it. I will no longer return to this store if I have to use a kiosk to order my food good luck to you. I think ordering with a kiosk in this store is virtually impossible because I don't know what you don't have back there and what you do have. I'm guessing that's what the problem was but I wasn't going to sit there and try to look at the donuts behind the people to try to figure out what you had and what I wanted. I wanted to do it on the kiosk even though I hate the kiosk because I was able to see my selection. So as long as you got a kiosk that doesn't work properly you'll never...
