Food is always good, unfortunately today I witnessed incredibly bad customer service in the drive thru my window was down, and the driver in front of me was honking for attention from the assistant in the window and wanted to validate that he was mis charged and when the lady finally came to the window she blamed the customer for the issue because he forgot to hand the coupon with his card, now seeing as he probably told the lady when ordering she should have mentioned it was missing. I know it's not her job but instead of being kind she chose to charge him full price, and then the manager instead of asking him to come into the restaurant to fix it said and I quote sorry nothing I can do now!!! The worst part was when it was my turn the 2 woman where standing in the drive thru window handing out my food making fun of the previous customer!!!
Shame on them that's disgusting!!!
If there was an option for starring the service I would give it a 0!!!

Read moreGood food once you get it. Are they in financial trouble? Service was slow and they were NOT that busy. Tables were uncleared and uncleaned for far too long. Several drink offerings were empty or not working. Never-ending bread sticks ENDED with two for two people. We were never offered more. Were the food not quite good, I wouldn't have given more than 1 star. Honestly, general cleanliness of the dining area, broken tables out of balance, seemingly apathetic personnel and no follow-up makes me question whether or not I would dine here again or recommend this location to anyone else. Simply said: the food's good...the condition of the restaurant. ..not so much.

Read moreI do not recommend Winchester, KY Fazoli's. This evening my adult son and I ordered takeout. The employee, Moira H (name on receipt) refused to allow us to use 2 coupons in separate orders which say "one coupon per customer/visit. We were 2 customers, so why not ? And we had 2 different forms of payment. She still said No. Also I would have ordered more food despite that except she was very condescending asking three times with an attitude if I wanted anything else, who can order with someone rushing you like that and there was no one behind us.
