Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Winchester

If I could give this location less I would. The drive thru operations at many of the East Las Vegas locations is abominable. Issues concerning not being able to be proficient with drive thru equipment. When I visited this location after ordering exactly two meals that were exactly the same they got the order wrong by mot having given us everything. When I asked about it they told me I had not ordered the items. I reminded them of the order which I specifically said was two number 3's large with cherry coke and two onion rings. Very simple you would think. Well I het to the window I receive two drinks two onion rings and one number 3. So I ask them to fix the order and I will take care of payment. They refused to repair the order. I asked for the manager and the female attendant het name began with an "M" said who do you think told me not to help you.??? I have been to "Jack in the box" and their drive thru's are suffering greatly and right now in this world with everything going on drive thru should be the meat and potatoes of an operation like this. Every time I come to this location as well as all the other Jack in the boxes that I attend I order a breakfast Jack with no meat substitute egg shell. There is never a charge for me when I order this way no matter which Jack in the box I go to. I was charged for the egg shells substitutions. When I brought this to Zeus's attention letting him know that I come here all the time andhe says that I never come there because he's never seen me there he's worked there for a long time I didn't want to argue with him because I always use the drive through and I never see him either. I just wanted my sandwiches for the prices that I always get them for. He insinuated that I was lying and by that point I just didn't want to order from the store. I will never come here again. Zeus has awful customer service skills for him to be in charge. I know where I go and I know what I order if Zeus recognizes me or not and I don't need Zeus telling me otherwise. Last night I ordered a Buttery Jack from the drive thru. It was shown on the pictured display. When I got to the window he said the bacon double buttery Jack. I told him that's not what I ordered. He talked to another employee and then told me that's the only one they have. I said " Fine, I'll take it, minus the bacon." I guess that confused him because the woman came up to tell me the same thing, and I told her the same, "no bacon". She grabbed my sandwich out of the bag, then came back a few seconds later. I asked if she just took my bacon off and Gabe me the same one, and she said no. When I got home however, there were bits of bacon in the box. Not gonna eat it after she had her dirty hands on my food, so the dogs ate it. Why did it bother her that much?
