Read moreI ordered “2 eggs and gore sausage” as well as 1 hotcake. The eggs and sausage are supposed to come with homefries and toast. When it came out, there was no home fries and toast. We asked the waitress and she said “we have 2 things on the menu, one comes with those, and one doesn’t.” And she walked away. This second option she mentioned isn’t on the menu as far as I can see, and I ordered it exactly as it is stated on the menu. Later, I asked for her to take it back, and she said it was my fault because I ordered it weird, and then proceeded to lie to me about how I ordered it. I pointed out that I told her the exact words as they are listed on the menu. She offered to get me the toast and potatoes, but at this point, the rest of my dish was cold and we needed to leave. That suggestion probably should have come when I initially explained my confusion. The food is just meh and the orange juice is $4 for like a normal diner sized cup. The breakfast sausage was terrible. Then, on check out, they ask you verbally if you are leaving a tip on your card, and you have to tell them how much it is for, which is incredibly unprofessional and awkward. How does every other place do that on the receipt and this place can’t. Menus were dirty and old. They also had a weird sign on the wall about how you being poor is god teaching you a lesson....
Read moreThis is probably one of the worst dirty spoons I have ever been to. We waited 45 minutes for our food and the restaurant was not even that busy. The pancakes were not homemade; they used some kind of quick mix. The sunny side eggs has raw egg white (not properly cooked). The philly cheesesteak did not use real steak chips. It was just a little bit of hamburger meat on a store-bought, DRY white roll. The portions were really tiny. The pancakes were dry and had the texture of rubber. Their imitation maple syrup was the worst fake maple syrup I've ever had. Like pouring Gorilla Glue all over. The walls and floors have not had a proper cleaning in about 30 years. The service was slow. This place was full of elderly people who needed their diapers badly changed. Everybody stank of terrible body odor. Atmosphere SUCKED. When we were paying and they asked me, "how was it", we told them our experience and they told us that "Sundays are our busy day" BUT we came...
