I’ve had some decent experiences at this restaurant in the past & have made some fun memories here. This time was different. I understand that COVID has placed restrictions on business that have caused more harm than good, but all restrictions aside, the hosts & servers at 50/50 were not accommodating at all. We had a party of 7 + a baby. We knew how big our party was so we actually called ahead to make sure that it would be ok, & they didn’t seem to think it was a problem. But when we walked in we immediately got deep breaths & eyerolls at the size of our party & more than one of us mentioned that there were 7 + a baby. (There were only 2 or 3 other tables occupied at this time.) The host then tried to seat us at a tall table even though we said we had a baby more than once. When I asked if we could either get a tall high chair or a shorter table (bc I wasn’t going to set the car seat on the floor) we got another eyeroll. He then asked us to wait by the door again while he found another seat (again, the restaurant was nearly empty). They then sat us at a table that barely seated 6 & I STILL had to ask for a high chair. So when we tried to move to a larger table & they yelled that they would have to clean it (which meant waiting at the door again) we decided to leave. They were very condescending & we left feeling humiliated in front of the other restaurant patrons. We really love the food here & have enjoyed the beer variety being major craft beer lovers, but this experienced left us feeling embarrassed & really put a bad taste in our mouths. We will...

Beer good. Burgers DRY & BAD. Food bad. After seeing all the different burgers on the menu we came here over the other restaurants in the area. We all were extremely disappointed. I ordered The Pig burger which is a burger topped with BBQ pork. I had the idea this burger would have BBQ sauce but it did not. Also, they asked how i wanted the burger cooked so I ordered it medium as did the other 2 guests I was with. Two of the burgers came out so over cooked...far above well done. The other came out like medium rare so not sure how that all happened. The 2 that were over cooked were so dry and lacking any kind of sauce which just made it worse. We also ordered the fried pickle appetizer which were soggy and served with a really bad ranch that was gelatinous-odd! I guess this place possibly does well because it has beer and tvs so it's hard to go wrong with that but I'd never recommend the food to anyone. For my 3 year old they served a grilled cheese which was smashed completely flat. I figured whatever it's just a kids meal but they charge $8 for that! Oh and it's not on the menu so you don't realize what you're getting into. Ultimately our bill for 3 bad burgers and a grilled cheese was $70 and completely NOT worth it! You can see the quality of food from the pics. Other than the super dry burgers, the environment was cool and our server was...

50/50 Taphouse is really fun in the fact that they have 50 beers on tap and 50 different types of burgers many of the burgers are really really fun and interesting and it is fun to try different ones and see the crazy combinations they come up with. Service on the other hand I have had good and bad experiences, I guess it depends on who your waiter or waitress is and how much is going on in the restaurant. On my most recent visit we ordered appetizers and Burgers & Drinks and after a fairly long wait got the Burgers & Drinks and they forgot our appetizers. Turned out not to be a big deal because the burgers were super filling and delicious and of course the drinks were good. On a previous visit we had no service issues and again all the food was excellent which is what made us return in the first place. I find the place can be a little noisy but appears to be the style to which they've designed it. I would definitely recommend it especially if you would like to try some burgers outside of your comfort zone. I had the fat Elvis which was peanut butter banana and bacon on a burger and was interesting not sure I would have it again but it was good. Play tablemate had a burger with chili on top and other toppings and said it was fabulous. Definitely check it out if you're...

The hubby, doggo and I stopped in for lunch during our beautiful 77° Saturday afternoon jaunt in the country today. We chose this place since it’s dog friendly. Wow- the burgers were delicious!! I had the California burger and my husband had the Royale burger since he loves blue cheese. Our server told us that the owner loves blue cheese as well and buys the best kind out there to serve. We didn’t have any beers since I’m driving the Wrangler with our good boi and he was on his Harley but they looked yummy when they were being delivered to other customers who ordered them. The service was great. We sat on the patio in the shade. Several customers brought their dogs and the servers had fresh water in the dog bowls. We are giving 4/5 stars since the fries that we received with our burgers today were too oily, burnt and didn’t look like the other review pics posted but it’s probably just an isolated issue. We will definitely be back again!

We weren't sure where to eat, so we popped into 50/50 Taphouse at random. It was a pleasant surprise. There are extensive beer and cider offerings, as well as wine and drinks. I appreciated that they brewed iced tea, instead of having nasty fountain tea. The menu has an impressive variety of burgers. The ground beef can be substituted for chicken breast or black bean patty if meat isn't your thing. They offered gluten free buns, however, the fryer isn't dedicated to fries/tots. If your cross contamination/contact sensitive then be mindful of that. As an appetizer we got loaded tots and gravy/cheese tots. Both were amazing. One recommendation would be to install a diaper changing station in the restroom. We had to change our baby on a bench. There were at least four infants (aside from ours) in the restaurant when we visited, so it's super kid friendly otherwise. Leaving with full bellies!!!!! We will definitely return!
