Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Winchester

I don't usually eat at chain pizza stores but I'm glad I tried this one. They just opened this week near my house so I thought I would give them a try. I love the fact they make their dough in store daily as opposed to the bigger corporations who use frozen dough (I won't name them but they have the majority of business Nationwide) actually has flavor because it's seasoned. The toppings were probably the freshest toppings I've ever gotten on a pizza in a chain and then I found out that they had chopped their vegetables every morning. I also really appreciate the fact that they offer low carb options with items such as salads and crustless pizza ( basically the sauce the cheese and all the toppings baked in a bowl with melted cheese on top) as well as fresh made sub sandwiches which you usually can only get in the mom and pop shops. When I received my pizza it came out fresh it looked beautiful, had an abundance of cheese and toppings and was definitely picture worthy that's the best part is that it tasted even better. The owner of this business is completely unprofessional. He asked for a quote on a new AC unit. He was initially told over the phone that it would be a $60 trip charge to go check out his unit. I went out on a Sunday in 100°+ heat, went to the supply store for him as well. He ended up going with someone else which is fine BUT he refused to pay me the $60 trip fee. He's now giving me the run around saying that it's the landlords responsibility to pay me when I was never in contact with the landlord. HE called me out to check out his unit and I have been in contact with him ONLY. He refuses to give me the "landlords" number and is also threatening to have his "entire Italian family" give me bad reviews only because I told him I needed the payment and that I was going to leave a Yelp review on how poorly he runs his business. Do not spend your time or money at this pizza place, the owner of this place has no respect for anyone and no professionalism...

i called to order a pizza for my kids and my elderly mother about an hr ago and first the girl who answered couldn’t find the coupon that was clearly sent in the mail by this store secondly the manager got in the phone and his customer service was very terrible he was going to honor the coupon but his customer service really sucked so much i called back to cancel the delivery i said thank you very much and he just hung up the phone in my face this is before i cancelled and after i placed the order i worked at marcos pizza in henederson for 2 years and i have never been irritated with a customer the way dejahn was with me and it made me not even want the food it’s sad because i love marcos pizza but that was so wrong of him just because your busy you don’t treat me people that way customer service is like number one in that type of business and i will never call there to order anything and make sure to tell others to go to a...
