McDonald's — Restaurant in Winchester

If I could rate no stars I absolutely would I came in for a mobile order drive thru was very nice love the guy in the first window and i love the guy in second window blonde hair with glasses anyway I went it because my food was not fresh so I told the drive thru i’d come in so i’m not running up their time well the lady on the inside black hair hispanic about 5”3 was very rude with us trying to argue about if the fries were fresh or not however they were not they felt stale and the weren't even hot so I just asked for no salt fries instead and she said you literally just saw me put these in here & also proceeded to blame the grease maybe we ought to change the grease why would you serve customers nasty grease so they can get sick??… she told me they might have a little salt becauseI don't have a divider but it looked like she just gave me fries my boyfriend said he didn’t want because his weren’t fresh either then when my bf fries were done she basically threw the fries on the counter and when he asked for extra sauce she dropped the sauce on the counter with attitude poor customer service she needs to be fired if you dont want to work dont show up it’s not everyone’s fault of why you have an attitude. I ordered a large fish filet meal and another order of large fries, and this is what the fries look like. It's dark and dry. Hollow on the inside. I saw it and asked kindly if they can make it fresh. He grabbed my bag saying "it's cause we didn't change the oil," and walked inside. 2-3min later came back, and the fries still looked the same. I wondered if another location was going to give me the same quality food if I ordered another order of large fries. I drove to the location on Katie Ave and maryland Parkway, ordered large fries and they asked me to pull around and because they were making it fresh. I seen my order and it was fresh alright. Look at the picture. The lighter colored fries is from Katie Ave location the two dark fries are from sahara and maryland. I'm appalled!!! You're telling me that Mcdonalds is a multi-billion dollar company, a market capitalization of 216.57 billion dollars as of April 8th 2025, and I can't get a decent order of fries?!!! Make that make sense. We are working class people. It's hard enough the economy is bad but to take our hard earn money and give me this shit. The service was horrible. I went in tues afternoon b4 my son had to get shots done. I ordered a hot and spicy, 2 cheeseburgers, and a drink. I gave the cashier/shift manager eric my money. He asked me 3xs again for money when my exact change was in his hands. Then the dr. Pepper and coke were out. The soda machine was pouring out a weird color. Eric laughed about it. Instead of asking a crew member help him change the soda machine he stood there without saying anything. Got our orderback. Instead of a hot and spicy itwas a mcdouble. I went up to the register, and said it was suppose to be a hot and spicy. He told his mod that i ordered a mc double and changed my mind. So he lied. Then i had to ask for my money back. Eric said do you still want a refund. I said yes please thank u. Instead of refunding me the right change. He took off50 for 2 sauce packets. He charged me 1.78 for the mcdouble. And the hot and spicy was 1.08. So he still owes me a dime!!!what a horrible expierience i had there and i work for mcdonalds.
