I have no idea how the reviews for this place are go great. Apparently Winchester people have never had quality food to compare this place to.

My boyfriend and I went at lunch time on Sunday and the place was packed (unfortunately with pretentious white people who didn't know any better).

We started out with waters and Ginger Hot Toddys to drink. For some reason, my boyfriend got his water and I was never brought mine. I didn't think much about it at first but our mixed drinks were taking a very long time.

About 10 minutes had passed before the waitress, who was pleasant enough, returned to the table and told us that she spilled our cocktails and the bar had to remake them. I asked her again for a water and she finally brought it this time, but we had to wait yet another 10 minutes to get our cocktails for a total of 20 minutes... Ridiculous!

And let me just say these cocktails were $9 a piece and totally not worth it. $9 for a cheap vodka, water, ginger, amd cinnamon. I could of made the exact same thing at home for 3/4 of the price. What a rip off! (A phrase I'll be using a lot in this review).

The plan was to eat a variety of food as this was our first time and read good things. We started with the Mac and cheese and the chicken wings.

Out of 5 stars I would rate the Mac n cheese 3 as it was above average, but those abyssmal chicken wings must have come from the most anorexic chickens on the entire planet. Very little meat and a disgrace. They should be ashamed for selling frozen meatless wings. Pathetic! If I could give them negative stars I would.

After this, we decided to play it safe and go for the pizza. Surely, the thing they advertise the most must be stellar, right? Unfortunately not the case.

While the pizza was above average the ingredients were cheap and most likely frozen Meats. Not very memorable and way overpriced.

I ordered a bottle beer with my pizza which was actually the best part of the whole meal and it damn well better been for the price. The menu had it listed for $10 ridiculous dollars and the check showed it for $11 as you can see in my pics...

That's right... Even after serving tasteless, meatless, frozen foods and bar drinks theat took 20 minutes to get, they actually had the nerve to steal another dollar out of me.

This place is a joke and a rip off. If you want fresh delicious food and even at half the price go to Roma's or Neighborhood Italian kitchen.

The last disgraceful thing I'll mention about this place is the lack of decor. Instead of paintings, photos, etc... They choose to drape their back wall in a tacky American flag.

I guess when you're in Trump country cater to your low class audience. However, take a closer look it.... It is stained, dirty, and most definitely a health hazard. I will be contacting the the proper authorities as this rip off, dirty place should be shut down.

The only positive thing I can say about it is the host who seated us with a smile, delivered food and bussed plates with a genuine smile is probably the least paid employee in the restaurant and he should be making the most as he is the only one who portrays the true image of what this restaurant is desperately, amd...

We love to support small businesses in our area. We are very new to the area and always seeking new restaurants to eat. Read the reviews and saw many people recommended this pizza place to eat. We were starving upon arrival and were seated promptly. We informed our waitress that we couldn't eat any pork and to guide us through the menu in case we chose something that had pork. When my husband asked about the meatballs if there were any pork, her reply was no, it's beef. I continued to ask if she was sure, and she said yes, all meatballs were beef, I said no, some meatballs contained pork and beef. She rolled her eyes at us and then said she was certain but to choose something else. We asked her nicely if she could please double-check for us. True enough, the meatballs contained pork! Not much other choices to choose from, so we went ahead and did no meat at all. We ordered the calamari and salads for starters. When it arrived, we were quite shocked to see how many there were for $11.99. Literally, I would say 8 or 9 pieces. Usually, other restaurant starters that have calamari serve so much more, and enough for 3 or 4! It was tasty but nowhere near enough for the 4 of us. After some time, there was a blackout due to the storm in the area. We thought ok, there should be a generator... NOPE, or wasn't working! We were informed that the kitchen couldn't continue to cook our food!! We were asked if we could wait it out or free to leave. Of course we couldn't wait, as I mentioned we were so hungry!! I do understand the weather played a factor in the blackout, but I would have expected some sort of discount for all the troubles. No discount was offered, but we were asked for credit card details and a signature for our starters and salads. Very disappointing!! On our way out, we saw many managers and staff and no said apologies for the inconvenience or even said goodbye. We really wanted to love this experience, would we come again? I'm really not sure as I think the last experience put a bad taste in our mouths and also not enough to fill our bellies! My husband is Italian, and boys absolutely love pizza! Sadly, not at this place as we didn't get...

I personally love this place. I’ve gone a few times now, and gotten carry out a handful of times, as well, and I’m usually not disappointed. However, I always get the exact same thing, so I can’t say too much about the other food.

The first time I went with my mom and boyfriend, he got the carnivore pizza, I got the bees knees (my favorite!) and mom got the shrimp and grits. Boyfriend said his pizza was just OK, but he is a chef and never pleased at any restaurant. Mom didn’t love hers. The bees knees, however, is seriously amazing - Sweet but also incredibly flavorful. I always ask for a drizzle of balsalmic glaze on it which helps balance out the sweetness. Their sweet tea is also 10/10.

I went on my birthday with my boyfriend and his mom, and we all liked the food (he shares the bees knees with me now), but our waiter was not good, and I HATE saying that about servers. I am a server, so I really don’t tend to say anything bad. However, he was all around us, but almost never came to our table. We all had empty drinks for the entirety of the wait for the food, it wasn’t until the manager brought out our food that we got drink refills. He didn’t even ask if everything was okay when we got the food, while we were eating it, or after we were done. He needs some training or a smaller section. Can’t remember his name, he had longer blonde hair and a nose ring.

The last time I went with my mom and grandmother. My mom loves this place, so she says, but she didn’t like her food at all (she got a chicken and waffles special) AND it came out 15 mins after mine and my grandmothers meals. However, the server (Amy, I think?) was super sweet and kept our drinks refilled and was very kind to my grandmother, who is very slow to move and talk - she was extremely patient while she was ordering, even with her other tables.

I only docked a star because once or twice on carry out (not on a busy night) the crust has been really, really thin and burnt which is unappealing. But this place has my favorite pizza and great sweet tea, so I’m always really pleased when I eat there. It’s also not overly greasy,...

My friend and I went here to dine in and it was my first time in the area. The atmosphere was beautiful and felt like you wanted to fly to the sky in there. The decor was amazing and it's very lively. There is plenty of seating for small groups or private couples. Accommodating large parties (group of 10 or more) is very difficult based on the seating and table arrangements. The place was very busy but well worth the wait. Order two small size pizzas and salad. Greatest balance of entrees. From the photo provided, both pizzas were delicious. One pizza pie was hearty and the other pie was more meaty. The crust was crunchy and soft. The slices were easy to fold in half too. Honestly between my friend and I, we struggled to finish the pies and brought home some of the slices as leftovers. I highly recommend coming to this place as a date location or dining in with a loved one. The waitress that was serving us was excellent, very accommodating and joyful.

I am a gluten free food critic and would rate this place as average in flavor. It is very child friendly and has a well-labled menu for gluten free celiac and gluten-sensitive individuals. The table service was acceptable, but you can't really make up for the (I hate to say it, but it's accurate) like cheap sweetness of the tomato sauce pizza base. When you travel around the world you get a good pallet for what good ingredients are and this pizza sauce is just that sickly sweet of canned variety in flavor, almost like "Ragu"? The pork belly appetizer was gluten free and flavorful, and beat the taste of the margarita pizza at a *pizza place*. Wild. 3/5 on flavor. 5/5 for kid friendly atmosphere and service. 5/5 on labled menu. Did not have a celiac reaction to gluten free dishes. Areas to improve: pizza sauce ingredient source and cheese ratio (cheese was fine).
