This place is absolutely terrible! The first time I had an issue the online ordering wasn't working so I called in to make my order and I was told I could not receive the online deals over the phone. At that point I explained the online ordering was not working and was still told there was nothing they could do. I then asked for a manager and apparently the person I spoke to was a manager and had the worst customer service skills of any "manager" I have ever spoken to. I decided to order elsewhere after the manager was extremely rude. I also decided to contact the "area director/manager" and received and email a few days, once again with terrible customer service.
I left the previous situation in the past and hadn't ordered from them in months. So today I decided to treat my employees to some pizza and they wanted pizza hut so that's what I ordered for them. I ordered online and had a wait time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. After waiting I called and asked if it was being delivered and they told me it had just left. I would be fine if they weren't so rude and had such terrible customer service. This place needs some better management...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Pizza Hut location is hostile towards Doordash or third party delivery drivers. They forced them to not take more than one order from them on DoorDash or any of these apps and they threaten to get them banned from the store if they do so.
I understand the reasoning behind it however, Pizza Hut is not smart enough to understand that sometimes Doordash gives us two orders at the same time and if we cancel one or unassign one, it hurts our metrics.
Pizza Hut if you are so worried about food getting cold because drivers are taking two orders you can at least require them to bring in a delivery bag or not allow them to pick up the order if they donāt have a delivery bag. Drivers sometimes have to take two orders because it also gets some more money and allows them to get orders off your hands efficiently. This Pizza Hut Iām calling on to remove this policy to prevent them from getting their FAFO moment from lack of business or lack of drivers picking up orders here due to them...

The 1st occurred when we placed an order for the Triple Threat via the app. We completed all the special instructions and selected what we wanted as extra and the app told us that they didn't have any of the ingredients to complete the order.
Tonight, we attempted to order again. The app, Google, and the webpage shows the store as open. The app, yet again, let us complete the entire order setup and then proceeded to tell us that the store is closed for "maintenance". Had we known this, we wouldn't have wasted our time. When we called the store, it was a person that immediately told us the store was closed.
I understand things happen but there's no way for us to know if we use the app which is what most people do. If most pizza huts are run this way, the Winchester store won't last long. There's no wonder the Stephen's City...
