I got dori locos- nachos with carrot, jicama, cucumber, taijin, Japanese peanuts and pork rinds (marinated, not fried). Dori locos were pretty filling tbh- the fat of the cueritos de cerdo is an interesting taste. All the veggies are freshly cut; juices squeezed in front of you.
They take cash and cards; the employee working there is fluent in Spanish and English.
