Same high price for even less meat - again ... Y'all are wrong, and you know it. Chipotle did this to customers too, it didn't work. MASS WALKOUTS, FOOD WASTE, TIK TOK HUMILIATION. $13.80 for four pieces of roast beef, no way. You have it coming for this money grab at our expense.
So what happens is, we walk out. You lose customers, OUR money, and have food waste. 😒 There is a better way. Try respecting your customers money, and providing a valuable product for the amount your charging.
I won't be back, to that store ever. And won't buy Subway until I see a marketing campaign that exhibits change. Capriotti's has way better sandwiches with flavor, for the same price as you. Why Subway, when there is better for the same price? 🤔 Jimmy John's, Capriotti's, Jersey Mike's, Port of Subs.... I mean you're not exclusive.
The store was clean and nice but that's about it for the niceties from me.
Do better. Or don't. Plenty of long standing franchises are bankrupting right now, plus everyone knows about Subways financial struggles prior. And this BS is exactly why they have them....

They were paid for but I couldn’t order soup online for some reason so instead when I went to pick up the sandwiches I ordered two soups in store my niece didn’t know they had avocado so I politely asked Ricardo for a side of avocado he told me that they couldn’t charge me for a side of avocado which I found that weird because idc where you go you can be charged for a side of anything. So I called 3 other locations and they told me I could have very much been charged for avocado. Ricardo was being VERY rude and talking to his employee in Spanish as well but they didn’t think I knew Spanish and when I asked him what did he just say they both got quiet I told them don’t worry I’ll be in contact with corporate tomorrow. Read moreI went during lunch today to pick up subs for two coworkers and I. Two subs were made incorrectly, so I had to leave work again to return to the restaurant to ask them to remake the subs. I took the incorrectly-prepared subs with me knowing they had to be thrown out and to prove that we weren’t trying to get anything for free. The employee, Marliseth, was rude and claimed that I must have ordered the incorrect subs. I asked her if she could remake them or refund me my money and ring me up for the correct subs, she refused. I’m not a combative person, and I hate conflict, so I did not want to argue with Marliseth. So, I just had to order two new subs and pay, again, so that they could correct my order.
