Okay so maybe I didnât visit at the best time but when I entered the establishment there were two clearly homeless people with their belongings just sleeping at one of the tables. Which in itself isnât the biggest turn off since here in Vegas we all live and work around the less fortunate however what really blew a fuse for me was the fact that the âsystem was downâ and I waited for 20 minutes before even placing my order. But wait, after politely waiting 20 minutes to place my order the server didnât even attempt to wave in my direction to let me know the system was back up, instead I only realized after the right amount of time passed and a second customer pulled up, strolled in and began ordering. So I ordered my subs and I have no complaints on the sandwiches, I also tried the new footlong cookie and I highly recommend. Last drawback, I tipped the server since Las Vegas is a tip city and a lot of our service workers rely on that added income. I didnât feel comfortable tipping cash due to the man that had be straggling around the entire 30 minutes I was at the establishment or the two homeless people who were sleeping at the time. So I tipped on my card, and after tipping I asked the worker if the tips went directly to them, as they were on duty by themselves! They informed me that unfortunately the tips go to their checks and Subway takes a hefty percentage of their tips. Iâm not sure what Iâm upset at with this review and all in all I would return.    Read moreTerrible service today!. I normally got to this location it's near my job. Today was horrible! I forgot her name but she is the Manager there along side the pretty heavy set lady. The associate the (PHL) made my sandwiches, she always makes good sandwiches and is friendly to all customers. when she goes to ring me up she is having a problem putting in my coupons that Subway sends to me in the system. She ask for the Manager assistance who was on a personal call. She came up trying to input my credit card when she noticed that the system was off they couldn't take credit cards. I had to leave and come back in this Las Vegas heat to get cash. Once I got back she was ringing my sale up and got confused and irrated because she couldn't discount the food probably to the coupon. She should not be a Manager she never smiles and is unfriendly with the customers and she can't handle a crisis in the store. The (PHL) normally helps me and her service is geninue not fake it comes naturally she is the same every time I go in. She needs to be the Manager!    Read moreWe went in tonight 03/30/25 @about 12:20 am and Sandra lady with black hair and red lipstick gave us the worse customer service experience ever . So we are usual customers of this place and all the other ladies are amazing . We presented a coupon to Sandra it was a footlong meal coupon , for 9.99 & we proceeded to show her the coupon it was a valid coupon and expired 5/3/25 when we gave it to her she scanned it and it didnât work we explained to her this has happened before and the lady usually inputs the coupon number. She said she couldnât do anything and couldnât offer me the coupon or even manually apply coupon we have had other coupons manually put it and it worked . She said she was not going To apply it manually and said we had to pay full price . Not to mention Sandra had her earphones on the whole time we were asking for help , worst service ever I hope a manager can reach us back and give us better customer service then Sandra offered me tonight .
